A Rainbow-Maned Pegasus was sitting by a balcony of what was the Crystal empire she sat there with tears with her eyes as she was dressed in the same dress as at the Canterlot Wedding incident. Dash was wanting to clear her or get through her head that Twilight was getting married...

marry the word made Dash feel like poison was Circling through her body she felt 20% less cooler than she usually was....no...make the largest number you could possibly think of Nothing could change the position she felt right now...

The worst part was that Rainbow Dash didn't even know who the guy was. When Twilight had announced to her best friends one day while having a picnic that she had a Coltfriend all 5 Of the friends different reactions

Rarity of course was delighted to find out that her Alicorn friend had a Coltfriend so was Pinkie,Fluttershy,and AppleJack(OK so maybe they didn't have different reactions but Rainbow did so it counts)

The Cyan Pegasus however felt like her heart would crack right then and now,she felt tears starting to drip from her face but brushed them away she absolutely did not want her friends to see her cry, especially in front of Twilight

Then when The group left to go to their separate homes Rainbow flew to her cloud home at a slower pace than she'd usually do,she gave Scootaloo and Tank there meals for the evening,flew into her room before bursting into tears,and collapsing on her cloud bed.Tank and Scootaloo could only watched sadly from the wide open door as Rainbow's face was buried in a pillow.Her sobs echoed as Rain poured from outside

Both the orange flightless Pegasus filly and wing contrived Tortoise knew that The Pegasus had liked the Alicorn princess since the Discord incident but now Twilight was taken it was too late...

Rainbow didn't bother talking to anypony after Twilight's big confession which got everypony worried they knew that the Pegasus would never act like this and someone would ask the Pegasus if she was alright she'd just answer with 'I'm fine' and place it a fake cocky grin on her face

Of course though it didn't fool anybody everyone could see that the Rainbow maned Pegasus was upset she just didn't want to tell.Eventually everypony Stopped asking after a while clearly none of them would get an answer.

Dash stayed like this for months

sure she was able to become a Wonderbolt,adopt Scootaloo,and talk to her friends again but every Twilight talked about her Coltfriend and how happy she was Rainbow couldn't help but have her heart breaking bit by bit

She should of known that Her so-called Coltfriend would propose to Twilight and she should've known even more that the Alicorn princess would say yes...

Rainbow felt miserable and heartbroken all over again she stayed up in her cloud house cooped up with her thoughts to keep her as a companion.

Suddenly a Small tap fell on the door

The cyan Pegasus didn't even roll her head buried in hooves she knew who that was...

"Just come in Squirt..." her raspy voice called quietly.The Orange filly trotted nervously into the older Pegasus' room, she sat on the soft cloud floor,tiny wings tucked in by her body and gazed up at her big Sister's position on the blue cloud bed

"Dash?"said Scootaloo

"Yes Scoots..." Rainbow Dash said still keeping her body turned away her Sister her ears were perked down flat on her head, but it was hard to see that from Scootaloo's side of the room with her tiny nervous body gazing at the Cyan Pegasus' depressed one

"Twilight came to me earlier" Scootaloo then paused seeing if Rainbow's body movements had changed,still the Pegasus' hadn't moved an inch thinking of it as a sign of Scootaloo did
"And wanted you to come...to.....her....um..."She whispered the last bit "wedding..."

That when Dash's head rose up swiftly to stare at the Orange Pegasus filly with shocked bloodshot eyes. "WHAT!?" She shouted Causing Scootaloo to winch "She wants me to come to her WEDDING!?"

"Rainbow if you could just listen to-"

"WHY Should I Huh!? WHY I SHOULD SCOOTALOO?!"

The Cyan Pegasus paused her yelling to take a look at Scootaloo's face.Her face was imprinted with tears in her violet-Purple eyes but anger was clearly written on her face Dash was about say something but the younger Pegasus bet her to it "You need to face your problem Dash..." she sniffed "I miss the Old Rainbow the one who use to be idol but now big Sister,the one who was never afraid of anything or anyone..."

Rainbow Dash's magnate-rose eyes were staring at Scootaloo who's eyes were glued to the floor. "If you don't want to do for Twilight...then at least do it for me..."a few tears leaked from her violet eyes and made a Splash on the floor as she turned to Trot back to her room.But a Cyan hoof stopped her form moving she turned around to face Rainbow Dash who gave a soft Smile,her still bloodshot eyes were looking at The Orange filly with some comfort in them.The Pegasus pulled her younger in to a tight hug Warmth spreading between the two

"Ok" Rainbow huffed "but only because I love you Scoots..."Dash whispered in the Tiny filly's ear "I'll go to Twi's Wedding..."

"I love you too Rainbow..."Scootaloo whispered back "And Thanks" She hugged her big Sister tighter as Warmth spread between the Two Pegasi and the cold,and Once Heartbroken room

And Rainbow was not happy she wanted personally to walk right out of the Castle and take off this stupid bridesmaid's dress Rarity had made but,she knew she couldn't do that she had promised Scootaloo she'd be here, and as much as she didn't want to say it.....

She out of all her 5 friend's Twilight had met her first...(I think) and carried for her that,As The Cyan Pegasus and all the other Ponies in the room watched Twilight walk down the aisle she realized that The Alicorn Princess needed her here and not just because she one of the barriers of the Elements

But because she was her Friend or maybe Best Friend and Twilight's book. Sure The Cyan Pegasus was miserable and would cry every so often just like now,but she had not just her friends, but her Loyal Tortoise And even a more Loyal little Sister to h elp those of her struggle of Pain

Even in her tears, Rainbow Dash smiled she had no idea who this new husband of Twilight was, but she prays ed silently to Celestia that her Friend would be in good hooves and that she'd be happy with or without her. Dash thought for a minute about Scootaloo and Tank. Both were the best family she ever had even if it was not much but it was enough for her.

The Pegasus chocked out a bitter laugh she probably should go back to the reception party her friends were probably pretty worried right now.

With a hoof, Rainbow dried her eyes and spread her Wings and took off in flight,The Sun behind her setting The Sun behind her setting as a reminder of new discovery without her family and did she succeed?
