So this is Au where after the titan war Percy and Annabeth never got together.

A woman's laugh rang in my ears and voices whispering, "don't think you won't have your fun". I shuddered from a restless sleep. Rain was like battering rams, I couldn't see through the haze of drops. "Are you okay girl" asked the taxi driver, he didn't look back from his wheel because driving in the slick road must have been a nightmare. I woke my muscles and called back to my mind what I was doing.

So for some history , hi I'm Annabeth Chase a daughter of Athena, Just last year I fought in the titan war and now I was going back to camp halfblood . I was in taxi driving through the outback of Long Island going to camp to see all my friends, to see Percy. Well after last year I felt like things were different between us, my heart fluttered and I felt strong but weak when I though Of Percy . I must have smiled backseats when I looked at the driver he was smiling back at me like he knew I must have been dreaming.

The small car was being battered by wind and rain. "So girl I need to pulled over, the storm is to strong"said the driver  and slowed the car. "Yeah thats fine" I said. I pulled on my shoes and jacket.

The taxi stopped in front of a small gas station, with a line of pumps out the front and a shop inside. The wheels slid and squelched as we stopped. "Ready to make a run" the cappy said "let do this" I answered . I pushed my door open and the rain stung as it touched my skin. As I ran I could hardly breath because the rain was so thick. I was soaked to the bone as I pushed open the door to the gas station.

I must of had a dripping train because the large woman at the counter  scowled each time I stepped. Yuck wet socks I though, the cap driver came in and left another ocean of water. "Well look at you drowned rats, both go to the restrooms and get your self dry" the lady at the counter ordered, her hand made an arch as she swept a finger to the bathroom doors. I didn't really fell like saying no so I walked over and pushed open the lady's bathroom.

I trudged with wet shoes over to the mirror. "Ohh yuck" I said to myself because my blonde hair was plastered to my face and I looked very wide eyed and shocked. "Yes yes you are looking hideous" a song like voice rang out form behind me. A stunning woman in a white gossamer dress swept out of a bathroom stall. "Oh no" I whispered to myself. "Don't be discouraged dearest Annabeth" she sounded sweet but venom was dripping my from dearest Annabeth. "Aphrodite"

"Well who else would look this good" she flourish with her hands like she was a queen. I couldn't help but want to hate her. "What do you want" I asked, "Oh it's not that simple and can't you just be happy to see me" she said and fixed her eyebrows in the mirror. "Oh course I'm not happy to see yo-" I was saying but she cut in, "hahahhah stop being so rude little hero I have a message for you" he tone changed from sweet to like a business woman. "Then lay it on me, miss makeup" I insulted, I should watch my tongue but the worst Aphrodite could do was probably give me a bad hair day. "I want to have some fun now you are free from quests" she lifted her self onto the bathroom counter and crossed her perfect legs. "Why can't you just be a good person and keep you sticky fingers out of my life" i sassed. " ooohh smart mouth daughter of Athena, but no I have to give you some fun, I will make this your best and worst summer because it's going to end badly, like Romeo and Juliet" Aphrodite giggled and  inspected her hot pink nails. "What.... what are you going to do" I had a soft feeling of fear and panic because even if she couldn't do much she could get other people to help. "Whats the fun in that now go and keep driving, wise girl" she sneered and waved her hand for me to leave. I wanted to punch walls and yell , cant gods just leave me to be. I stomped out through the shop to car I didn't care about the drizzle, I ripped the door opened and slammed its behind my self, I put my head phones in and haughty sat in self pity.

The driver didn't talk to me probably because I looked like a murdered. After so much time we pulled up on the hill, half blood hill. I payed the driver and grabbed me bags. I looked up at my home, Thalia's Pine standing like a beacon of hope the blue sky breaking around it . "Home, thank the gods" I said and ascended the hill to camp halfblood . After so long it feels right to be back.
