The weekend was over. We now had to head back to school. The only thing I was excited about was seeing Kylie. She just started at our school last  Wednesday when her family moved from Jamaica. We met the morning before school started when I went out surfing for a little bit before school. Apparently she went out surfing too and we started talking and found out we were in the same grade and had most of our classes together.

I was so excited to see her because all my other friends kinda ditched me for Nora, so I had to find some new friends. When I get to school I see Renee running up to me and Nora as we get out of the car. "OMG Devon is having a huge party this tomorrow night!!!! You have to come Nora!" I started gettting annoyed by Renee talking about how hot Devon is so I left to go talk to Kylie who was talking to some girl I have never seen before. As I walk up to them I say "Hey Kylie and ?"   "Georgia  is my name" she replies back. "Well then Hi Georgia"

Later that day me Kylie and Georgia went to Science and we learnt about how smelling sharpies can kill brain cells. The whole period I thought how much Renee's many boyfriends smell sharpies.

As I walk home with Nora I ask "are you going to the party?" "Yep!" She replies. "Mom and dad aren't going to like that..." I taunt. She smiles. "That's why I'm sneaking out".
