I give up numbering these chapters, I feel like it's way more straightforward if I just put the character's name in the title, easier to find chapters that way too!

Anyway, I'm slowly making my way through the five characters. The first one's done! Arguably the most complex of them all, because, well- this is less of a redesign, more of a revamp

So I hope it means some sort of comfort to you guys that the rest should take me less time unless I struggle a lot for some reason quq 

But anyhoo, let's get to Hireath! Yes, it's supposed to be spelled Hiraeth, but Add and I pronounce it differently, and over time I guess we started spelling it this way instead? So let's just go with it!

See what I mean when I say it's more of a revamp? It basically doesn't look like her anymore, but there's a reason for that!

Ever since she got a species change (she's an Obspar now, my subspecies), Add and I have been brainstorming about design elements for her. Add settled on a witch-doll aesthetic with some key features he wanted added

So, I tried my best to use those elements, mixed with features from the original design and Pastel's redesign that I really liked! In the end, my revamp looks like neither, and I dunno how I feel about it?

I struggled with her colors for a long time, especially her eye color, but I think I got something I'm pretty happy with! Ultimately, she looks complicated thanks to her species features. Her face is definitely crowded, with the bangs, cracks and star-freckles, but I honestly didn't know what else to do about that quq;;

Oh, and the pattern! I actually used this picture I found on Google and put it on divide!

I hope all the details are understandable, if not I can always send you the Medibang file so you can see, cuz honestly, it's chaotic! Hireath holds a special place in my heart, I still remember when she went by Coco, then Aylin. She's changed a lot, but I still adore her! Plus, you know how I love robots-

But all in all, I do really like how she came out. And I especially adore the lil' Thornfur plushie! :D
