15 Years later
It'll be years after being rescued by the three men, both Blair and Juniper would become known as "The Van der Linde sisters" completely raised under Dutch's wing and become his daughters. They were taught how to read, write, fight, sometimes shoot a gun, and ride a horse. Throughout the years the girls grew into beautiful young women, Blair would take most parts in learning to shoot a gun while Juniper (or 'June') spends most of her time either around horses or John, another member of the gang they took in two months after the sisters. Dutch and Hosea taught him the same things they did with the girls.
Throughout the years the small gang grew as more members joined in, they became a dysfunctional family of sorts. Blair would spend most of her time to herself and simply watches her little sister mingle with the gang members, mostly John. Being nineteen, she develops feelings for the male who's seven years older than her.
But it felt impossible since he was a father to a son from a former prostitute named Abigail Robers, the girls won't lie when they said they hated the prostitute that slept with the men in the gang, including their father, Arthur and John.
The former prostitute ended up pregnant with her first child named Jack, supposedly the son of John but he refused to believe that—going as far as leaving the gang for a year. Ever since Arthur held a grudge with the man he grew up with and sees as his own brother.
As for the girls, they weren't sure what to think about it. But it was wrong for John for what he did but it was all in the past.

1899
Blair woke from her slumber, sitting up from her cot while rubbing her eyes—From her shared tent she could hear the converse of the people outside, looking over her left side of the cot to see an empty place next to her. Her sister must be awake.
Getting out of her cot and bent down in front of her chest to retrieve her dress shirt, riding pants, boots and lastly her holster that carried her schofield revolver—She removes the pins that held her hair back, removing them to let her blonde hair down.
She had grown so much in the past few years, a few scars show on her body such as the one scar on her nose bridge from saving her sister from a man who tried to take advantage of her. She sliced him up, he sliced her back but John took care of it.
Speaking of John; after the Blackwater Massacre the locals would call it—Whilst up in Ambarino John was sent scouting for shelter and supplies but only came back with a scarred face from the wolves.
Ever since that day, June would spend half of her day tending to John's wounds along with Reverend Swanson even though she doesn't have to. Blair would often catch them having a conversation that'll end in John hissing in pain, it was a sweet moment.
"Good morning, Miss Grimshaw." The blonde greets the older woman who's busy cleaning the table.
"Good morning, Miss Van der Linde." The older woman greets back with a soft smile. "Have you seen that sister of yours?"
"No." She shook her head. "I was about to look for her."
"Well I sure hope so." She huffs. "Girl's got chores to do."
Blair hums. "I'll let her know that. As for my father?" She went on to ask while noticing the missing leader.
"Oh! He went out to Valentine with Arthur, Javier and Bill. I'm sure he'll be back soon." She responds absentmindedly.
"Thank you." She walks off.
It didn't take long for Blair to find her sister feeding the gang's horses, it was her favorite thing to do whenever she's done with her chores. But it seems like she started the first thing before her chores, the oldest walked forward to see her handing out hay to the hungry horse.
June giggled when Silver Dollar, a grey turkoman tugged at a few pieces of hay with her horse Astra, a leopard appaloosa mare. The old turkoman won the fight.
"Thought I might find you here." June's head lifted up at the sound of a voice, she turned her head to see her sister.
"And I thought you would be doing your chores." June spoke back. Her hand clutching the apple.
Blair shrugged her shoulders. "Maybe." She sat down on the tree stump, watching her sister brushing the horse's coat. "How are they doing?" Blair asks.
June shrugs, "They're doing good. Although we need to get more horse medicine we're down to four."
Sirius walks up to the sisters; Sirius is a mustang with a coat as black as the night sky with a white half-face and socks and blue eyes. She remembers the day she bonded with this horse—Arthur took her on a mission to help a farmer capture a few wild horses and sell them, one of them was a black stallion with a white half-face and socks. The wild horse proved to be a challenge to Arthur who spent nearly half of that day trying to catch him but for Blair to calm the horse down in twenty minutes, Hell, she even rode the horse bareback to the man's ranch with the other wild horses—like before, the man let her keep the horse as a thank you for helping him.
Two years later he was her companion through it all, even in Blackwater.
"I'm sure we can head over to Valentine to get some." Blair offered.
"Oh, that's not happening." a voice spoke up, incoming Dutch, Bill and Javier coming to camp after being in Valentine. Dutch dismounts off of his white horse, "Not without someone to go with you." he says.
June immediately wrapped her arms around her father's waist, as for Blair, she rolled her eyes—she wasn't a little kid anymore so why the hell does she need a bodyguard?
"Father, I'm 23 years old. I can handle myself out there." Blair insisted.
Dutch chuckles, "Oh I know, but someone's gotta take care of you and that sisters of yours."
Balir scoffs, "Don't remind me."
"Not to worry, Dutch," Hosea walks over, holding a coffee cup as he pats the man on the back,
"It's not like she got a line of boys waitin' for me." he jests.
"Well the only boys worth her time is her daddy," he points to himself. "and that four legged wild one eating up all the oats." he laughs, pointing over to Sirius. The horse lifts his head to look at them with his blue eyes, an exasperated snort he went back to feasting on the oats.
Blair giggles at that.
