Unique: (Fueled by Revenge) Vanik gains 50% counter chance. When Vanik counters, he gains offense up for 2 turns and has 40% Chance to Attack again. When a buff expires on Vanik, he gains 2.5% Counter Chance [Stack up to 15%]
