It wasn't long before his team got upgraded. Besides Persian, a lovely group consisting of Weezing, Blastoise, Butterfree, Scyther and Magneton stood by him as he tore down the Vermillion gym leader.

The power plant was fun. It really was. He got to play the big bad boss finally before he had to change his role.

Blue and Leaf raced in to stop them. So he changed gears. He alerted the grunts before vanishing, quickly shifting jackets and hats before waiting a few moments.

"Almost!"

"Get them!"

Red raced out, almost as if he had just shown up and tore the group down. They were already able to get what they needed out, so they were still late. Oops.

Leaf went onto accusing him again, but he was so focused on the call to hear her.

"Yes. She's fully awake. However, she still can't move and is still needed for medical support." He took a shaky breath before softly talking into the phone.

"Is it possible for me to see her?"

"Of course. And when the time comes, she should be able to be moved to your needed place."

"Thanks doc. I'll be right there." He hung up before racing off, getting quite the complaint from Leaf.

"Big Brother..." He smiled as he went to her side.

"Hey sis... we're so close..." She smiled. "One more thing and you can hopefully join the front lines..."
