"You've got to be kidding me!!!!"
Khloe's voice tears my ear when I tell her about everything that has happened.

"Seriously! Are you a fool?!" Khloe keeps shouting. "You refused to get his number?!"

"Turns out that you're completely out of you mind! How do you expect me to accept it?!"

"Because I went through his instagram." Khloe says with a dreamy face.

Khloe was the kind of friend who believes that one day, her knight will come to her on a white horse and then they marry and live happily ever after in his mansion. I've always made fun of her about that.
But I, on the other hand was too busy with my work and drawing to pay attention to love or those kind of things. I am almost 19 now and I've never dated anyone in my entire life. All I was thinking of was school, drawing and one other thing to be honest.. Jacob.

I've always been his stalker. We were in highschool together and I even went to stupid parties just to let him notice me. He was too popular back then and all the girls who knew him were drooling over him and day-dreaming about him. Okay maybe I was one of them. But the only difference was that I was the school's nerd. People come to me just when the exams begin.

Then, in my senior year.. I got so lucky.
One night.. I was so bored and I decided to go out on a walk. The air was warm and the little wind played with my hair as I walked in the silent streets of my little village.
When I was walking by a bar, I noticed a familiar person sitting there, drinking. It was Jacob. And it was so obvious that he was drunk. And I was so surprised because even though he was popular, he was never a bad boy, and that's why I loved him.. he was a real gentleman. so I decided to go to him and take him home.

I entered the bar that was full of men, their eyes were all on me, but I ignored them and went to Jacob. He was so drunk and he smelt like tequila. He was crying. I put my arm on his shoulder and whispered to him: "Come on. I'm gonna take you home. Everything is gonna be alright.".. he looked at me, his eyes full of sadness.
"She left me." He said slowly.
I was too shocked, like, I was probably a stranger to him and he spoke to me.
"We were happy together.. I- I loved her."
"Maybe she wasn't the one." I whispered.
And for my surprise, he pulled me in a tight hug. I was so surprised. But I hugged him back. Then I called a taxi and took him home. Of course I knew where his home was, I was his stalker. Okay not exactly his stalker.

And since then we became friends and we used to hang out.
After graduation he started working with his father in their company. And I was working in a small cafe that I still work in with khloe. And still, he is our every-week customer.

"Earth to Ashley!!" Khloe says waving her hand in front of my face.

"Oh- um- sorry" "where were we?"

"Me going through Jude's instagram."

"You should defenately work in the FBI.."

Khloe rolls her eyes.
"OMG LOOK!"

"What?"

"He looks so HOT here!!"

And now it's my turn to roll my eyes.
"He's a complete jerk."

"I don't care! He's a bad boy. I LOVE BAD BOYS!"

"Can't you just shut up?! Ugh"

(The next day)

I wake up at 9 o'clock in the morning because today I'm going to the company to talk everything about work with Mrs. Williams.
I am a bit sad actually because I and khloe were dreaming to go study together at the same university. So that's why we are working in a cafe, just to earn some money for it. We've been working there for 3 years.
But now I almost have my own work. I feel like I kinda betrayed her, even though I know she doesn't mind at all and she's happy for me.
And I decided that I will do the thing that I love more than anything.. drawing. And I want to improve my skills, so I'm gonna study art, and I hope that khloe will want to study at the same university as me so we can make our dream come true.

I stand in front of my closet to decide what should I wear for today's meeting. I don't know what to wear really. I've never been an expert about these things. But lucky me.. Khloe came to my rescue. She watches a lot of movies that include these things so I believe she's an expert.

She quickly picks a casual, cute, light blue short dress. Then she puts a light natural  makeup on my face.

I look cute. She is an expert.

"Thank you." I say hugging her. "Wish me luck."

"Good luck Ash."

I took a taxi to the company. I was holding all of the papers mrs. Williams needed to make me their official designer.

We reached the company, I paid the driver and was about to enter when I heard a loud car noise behind me. I look back to see a white Mercides with a familiar driver in it. It was Jude. He was wearing sunglasses and smiling at me. I don't know what his last name is.. Khloe said that she didn't find it in his social media accounts.

I rolled my eyes and entered the building.

Mrs. Williams' assistant, maggie, was waiting for me by the enterance. She walked with me to the office then smiled at me and left.

She was sweet.
