Reds POV

I gaped at the boy in front of me, I haven't seen him in years, thinking him dead.

"Goldie?" I asked tears threatening to spill as I looked into the large doe eyes, blue eyes, of one of my bestest friends.

"Red!" He yelled as he hugged me, he was crying, it just made me start crying as I hugged him back. "I missed you so much!" He said.

I hiccupped. "I missed you too...we should probably take this somewhere else though. This isn't the best place." I said as I looked at John who nodded as I took Goldie outside to the Gardens.

"Sorry, it's...just been forever since I've seen a familiar face." He said wiping his tears away, me helping after controlling my own.

"It's fine, really. It is. It's sorta the same for me. But it's more I missed you so much." I told him on the verge of crying again.

He smiled at me as he messed with one of his curls. "How, how did you get here?" He asked me.

"A trip to grandmother's." I said sadly.

"Is she okay?" He asked me innocently. Well I can't say I'm not the same, I would have done the same.

"No....she's gone. Another person wanted me before John saved me, I still hate him for taking me away but I love him too strangely." I said shortly.

Goldie went silent. "I'm sorry for your loss." He says patting my back.

I smiled. "It's fine. At least I know she's with Grandfather Red now." I say looking to the stars. "How did you end up here?"

He blushed a dark red. "Um I got lost when I went to follow you to your grandma's wanting to know if I could come. My parents were....argueing again. I found this house after a day, and I was hungry so, I sorta....ate what was on the table. It was good porridge. Then I felt sleepy after walking for so long and a bed sounded nice. So I slept on one of their beds. They found me. The three brothers. Daniel Bear, Mori Bear, and Ben Bear. I found out I was their mate, so they took me, in more ways then one. But that doesn't matter. They took me with them here to Enchantment, as the house I found was just a vacation home. So I was stuck here. And I heard my parents hadn't even tried to find me....." He says sadly. I was still a bit confused how they took him in different ways.

I shook my head. "No, they didn't really....but me Jack, Alice and Hatter begged for days for the hunters of the village to try, for weeks they did. Till they found nothing. I wasn't allowed to go to the Forrest for those weeks and more till the last time where I was taken as well."

Goldie smiled as he hugged me. "I'm glad you tried. And I'm sorta glad your John's, there's worse out there. He's pretty bad himself. But a nice guy. One of my best friends here."

I smiled hugging him as tight as I could. "Thanks....what about the Bears? Are they good to you?" I asked as we separated.

"Better then I could have imagined. They practically spoil me." He laughs.

"I'm glad to hear that." I said, then went quiet.

We enjoyed the silence. Just watching the pond and the frogs. Then I smiled as i got and idea and got up, looking at the other male with a wide smile. He shuffled in his simple but amazing blue dress with shorts and small blue flats.

I touched his shoulder giggling before I started to walk backwards. "You're it!" I yelled.

He smiled as he got up to chase me. "No fair Red!" He yelled as he ran after me.

I laughed and for the whole Party we played Tag, or other small games. Eating my famous chocolate cherry pie!

We laughed at jokes we made, we connected again the whole time. And I loved it. It was nice knowing that he was safe and happier then when he was with his verbally abusive parents.

"So, what are your parents doing to find you, if you know?" Goldie asked as we sat drinking some water still in the Gardens.

I stared at my water feeling the dull ache in my chest again. "Nothing....John wanted to bribe them to have me, and he was willing to do it through force but...he didn't have to. They basically sold me to him. Except Malcolm. He would have it, it's why he's here working as a chef slash guard." I said sipping my water.

Goldie looked at me shocked. "Wow I never would have expected them to do that. Like ever." He said wide eyed.

I smiled. "At least I'm learning to be happy here. I can bake all I want! I have Malcolm. And John makes me happy as well. Even if he put me in this ridiculous dress." I giggled.

"I know, right? I hate wearing these, but they're still nice sometimes..." He blushed before shaking his head to look at me. "But I don't like looking like a girl. And, it's crazy that I let them."

I laughed. "You love them!" I said smiling at him as he turned red all the way to his ears.

He smiled down setting his drink down. "Yeah...I do. As crazy as it is. I guess I've been denying it since I should hate them for taking me away from my real family, you and Jack, Alice and Hatter."

I teared up at that I hugged him. "Don't say things like that...you'll make me cry." I said.

He laughed as he held me back. "Sorry, I can't help but say the truth to you."

"Goldie..." Says a rough voice as it growled, we jumped apart in surprise and looked to see three very angry guys, each with dark brown hair and light brown eyes. All tanner then me and Goldie could ever be. "What do you think your doing with John's mate?"

"Having an affair." Goldie said shrugging.

"Goldie!" I said smacking his arm which he laughed at.

"Sorry Red,...." He says sheepishly while blushing.

I rolled my eyes and turned to the three large guys, guessing them to be the Bear's. "We're not having an affair. I don't think I really know what that is anyway. I just know it's bad for two already coupled people." I said feeling confusion pop inside me. "Anyway, I'm Red Rider. Goldie's my best friend from my village. We were just talking about how he loved all of you." I said smiling innocently.

Goldie blushed brighter then my hair. "Red!" He practically yelled at me hitting me this time.

I laughed as I looked at the wide eyed brothers. "Take good care of him, or I'll have John...do whatever he does to you!" I said nodding seriously.

"I'd do it for you before you'd have to ask." John says appearing as he walked towards me with a big smile.

I smiled brightly at him. "I'm glad." I said walking up to him hugging him.

Goldie gapped like a fish out of water as he shuffled his feet before sighing. "Yes...I was talking to Red about me...having fallen for you 3." He said looking down.

"I think we should go to our room now Love. As it seems....we may witness something I don't particularly want to see." John says making me confused.

"What do you mean?" I asked as he lead us away, me looking back to see the Brothers picking Goldie up and started to take him to the bushes.

Why are they going there?

"Cause....your eyes would burn." He says.

"Your confusing...." I said.

"I....could show you what they're doing?" He said a smirk coming to his lips.

"You make no sense. But I would like to understand." I said as we walked into the dimming party.

"Great. Go up to our room and wait for me. I have to make a few calls to a few people who didn't make it." He says kissing my forehead.

I smiled. "Alright." I kissed his cheek giggling as I walked off from his frozen body.

I wonder what he's going to show me?

It....isn't what I think it could be is it?

I walked I to our room red faced at the images in my head...I sorta...hope it is.

I am so sorry I didn't update yesterday, it slipped my mind really, I already had this ready too. I was just tired I guess, anyway, I hoped you all enjoyed still.
