╾ Elaine was born from a political marriage of both of her parents, who were vampires from two greatly populated vampire villages. When she was born, she would be the "heir" as her mother told her when she was younger. Growing up, she was closer to her mother and to her father. However, as she grew older, she learned of her father's intention to arrange a marriage. The very next night, with her mother's help, she packed her things and ran away. Upon her journey, she stumbled upon the run down Kingdom of Vyar. Having decided to take responsibility and rebuild the kingdom, she became the Lord of Vyar. Lio was a scholar of the kingdom, the two having met through Elaine's process of rebuilding Vyar. Getting to know each other further, they eventually fell in love and married once Vyar was rebuilt and settled. About a year after they got married, Elaine fell pregnant with Aeshna. They were a happily married couple. Raising Aeshna together, the two were great parents. However, a few days after Aeshna turned three, tragedy struck Vyar. Drystan, through the orders of another king, had gone to kill Elaine and her family and to capture her daughter as well. As a result, Lio was killed by him and Elaine cursed by him after leaving a rather horrendous scar across Drystan's body and face.

"Yes, it is my lovely Aes," the pink haired woman spoke, reaching out a hand towards her daughter. In return, the young black-blue haired girl leaned forward and closed her eyes.

"Do you want my hugs to help you feel better mama?"

"Only if you want it my dear," she spoke gently, but before she could finish it fully, the young child was already up and crawling into the bed. After another few moments, she was hugging her mother's side, giving a light smile and grin towards her.

"Feel better with my magical hugs, mama," The child spoke, the woman had smiled, gently cupping her daughter's cheeks.

"Thank you my dear."
