𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘

Johnny Storm was living the high life. At least, that's what everyone assumed, what with his government protected superhero status and powers, as well as his frequent showings on teen magazines and talk shows, there was no doubt in anyone's minds that the teen boy had everything he wanted and more; the number of cars he owned despite his lack of a license was testament enough.

But, with all things, there was more than meets the eye. A boy with fire powers and still trying to control them, it made school and friends a battle of their own, not to mention the number of people he needed to fend off to protect a city that didn't exactly want him; of course, only when he and the rest of his team were given the okay, as the leash around their necks was tighter than the jeans he slipped into every morning before school. Add on the internet hate, protestors, lack of self-confidence in anything that wasn't his appearance, and typical teen boy boredom, it was a wonder he hadn't burned down Baxter Building just for kicks. His problems weren't too severe, but for a boy who felt nothing but isolation, it was more than enough to send him spiraling.

Then Harry Osborn. Poster boy for rich sons everywhere with an aura that screamed challenge, Johnny figured he had found himself something to occupy his time. What he didn't bet on was finding himself a boy that had his own slew of problems that ran deeper than his distant father and craving for human contact. It was either a match made in heaven or a pairing doomed to hell, and Johnny was willing to play his cards and see where it ended up; he liked Harry, even if he was a better kisser.

But as danger looms on the horizon, Johnny finds that passive acceptance just isn't his style. With Harry battling his own demons, the two find themselves cornered, struggling with problems coming from all sides, and the two quickly realize that it takes a village to stay alive. Even if the village isn't what they expect.
