Love someone who doesn't give a damn about your existence? Be silent and keep loving them. Because people are forced to try and fulfill our expectations, love becomes less and compulsion becomes more. Because we want them to commit a part of them to us, love becomes less and frustration flares up more. Because we want them to spend time with us and make us feel special, love becomes less and confusion becomes more. Does that mean we aren't supposed to expect these from our special friend or person?
Of course we can. But it depends on them to choose if it is love or pressure or frustration or confusion. And if they choose either else than love, then all we can do is be silent and love them more. I know most of us do that now too.
