Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple (Japanese: 史上最強の弟子 ケンイチ, Hepburn: Shijō Saikyō no Deshi Kenichi) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Syun Matsuena. It was serialized in Shogakukan's magazine Weekly Shōnen Sunday from May 2002 to September 2014. An anime adaptation by Tokyo Movie Shinsha aired from October 2006 to September 2007. Brain's Base produced OVAs for the series, which continue from the Ragnarok Arc. The eleven OVAs episode were released between March 2012 and May 2014.

Review:

Ooooooo boy, this series was awesome! Reminded me of karate kid but in anime style.

Martial arts have lot of varieties and I love it, showing bullied victim that he can became strong with right guides.

But its funny that his old bully always cause trouble for Kenichi. But, Kenichi isn't type to abandon others, so, he gets wrapped up in fights thanks to his former bully. Sometimes, he gets involve in fights himself, because, if I remember right, Kenichi fights for justice.

The anime can be little ecchi at times but it not full force until after certain arc.

What I hate about this series is? The fact that it ended -__-

If no one watch this, I say give it a try.
