Addilyn thrusts a small box into her boyfriend's hands, a huge smile on her face as she practically bounces off of the couch. She had already opened his gift to her - a golden necklace of a small duckling - and was proudly wearing it already.

"Open it! Open it!" She begs, clapping her hands together. "Pleeease."

Mr. Quackington quacks in agreement, nearly falling off the table as he does so. Corbyn chuckles, endeared by her excitement as he tears the teal wrapping paper away in seconds.

"Contacts?" He raises a questioning brow at her, holding up the small box so she could see them too. While the boy wasn't entirely sure why she bought them, he still loved them nonetheless. "Are you sure this isn't for Jack?"

"Yes I'm sure," she explains proudly, her cheeks beginning to hurt from grinning so broadly. "Those aren't just any contacts. When you put them in, they show you what the universe looks like at that exact moment."

Before she can even process it, she's on the floor, having been tackled into a hug.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you," he mutters, pausing between each word to kiss her. "I love it."

Exactly one month had passed since Addilyn's incident and Christmas morning had arrived. Everything after Corbyn showed up at the Army base had seemed to fly by, but was, nonetheless, interesting to say the least.

When she and Corbyn got home, they returned to a huge party in honor of Addilyn being back - which only ended when the police showed up due to a certain brunette running rampant.

Callie had ended up with a run-in with her father's custody wishes, resulting in a court date that she dreaded. But, after finding a suitable lawyer, Aurora's father, Callie had nothing to fear. She was free of her father, and the custody that he was eager to claim.

Daniel had found the girl of his dreams during a walk through Los Angeles, during a snow that shocked the state of California. It was truly rare, but a sight to see as everything was iced over and covered in a blanket of white. He happened to slip on a patch of ice, falling on top of the girl named Adrian. And from there, they clicked.

Aurora, unlike Carmen, had not been able to finish her gift shopping in the first week of December, which led her to fighting several people over the items on her list. But, in the midst of it all, she did manage to help the other couples pick out their gifts for each other.

"Guys!" Daniel whispers excitedly, poking his head into the living room. "Get in here, Jonah is about to pop the question!"

The couple jumps up, clasping their hands together as they follow Daniel into the kitchen and stand against the back wall with the others.

"Told you he'd propose on Christmas," Addilyn mutters smugly, poking Corbyn's side. "You know what that means."

"I have no idea what you're talk-"

"Why are all of you in here?" Aurora suddenly questions, her eyes narrowing suspiciously at the group as she jumps back onto the island. "Are you guys going to prank me for bombing your rooms with fireworks last night?"

"No," Carmen answers for them with a chuckle. "We just thought we'd come to see you get your last Christmas present from Jonah."

"But I already opened them all," the girl furrows her eyebrows, scanning the ground covered in wrapping paper for one she could have missed before her eyes dart to Jonah. "What are they talking about, you sneaky little prune? What are you up to?"

"Well, if you insist to know," Jonah begins, shrugging as he steps forward with a smile. Dropping to one knee, he pulls a small black box from his back pocket.

Carmen's and Addilyn's smiles grow as Aurora gasps, placing her hands over her mouth. "Jonah, you didn't-"

"I've loved you since the day we met," Jonah says. "And despite all the times we've been kicked out of places, I've had the best time of my life with you, Aurora. I don't want anyone else, you little psycho. I love you. Now will you do me the honor of being my wife?"

"Of course, you idiot!" She giggles, tears welling up in her eyes. "Who else do you think would put up with me? Of course I'll be your wife!"

Jonah pulls her left hand away from her mouth, placing a chaste kiss on it before he slips the silver diamond ring onto her ring finger. She jump into his arms, sharing a kiss as he twirls her around and the group begins to cheer.

Addilyn lets out a loud squeal, beyond thrilled for her friends.

"And now for the wedding planning," Callie chimes.

"Oh what fun we're gonna have," Adrian grins. "I can't wait for this."

"And neither can I," Carmen agrees.

In the midst of all of their chaos, the doorbell rings, effectively gaining all of their attention.

"I believe that's for you," Corbyn states, tugging his girlfriend to the door. "It's your last Christmas gift."

The girl's eyebrows furrow together as she tries to think of what else he could possibly have gotten her that couldn't be put under the Christmas tree. The excited look on Corbyn's face distracts her from thinking about it for too long and she bounds over to the front door and throws it open, only to burst into tears as soon as she does so.

"Hey, Addikins."
