.preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl you want to add

1 and 1/2 a cup of all purpose flour

1/2 a cup of white sugar

1/2 a cup or brown sugar

2 teaspoons of baking powder

2 teaspoons of grounded cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/3 cup of vegetable oil

1 egg

1/3 cup of milk

And 1 and a 1/2 peeled and sliced apples you want to cut them into small cubes !

You should have enough for 12 muffins ! Dont forget to butter the pan or if you have some add the cupcake liners !
