Quirk: [Ashborn]

Type: [Emitter/Transformation/minor Mutation]

Description: the user is naturally enhanced to 1% of One For All at all times. The user also has multiple aspects to this quirk. They are as followed

- Ashfire: [a silver fire that burns as bright as Cremation, this fire emits a heavy black smoke and ashes, able to burn and decay anything they touch: Fire burns whilst the ash and smoke decay. The user can also create constructs with the fire]
- Ashform: [the user can turn their body into a black charred skeleton, with Ashfire emitting from the body similar to that of the Spirit of Vengeance. This also naturally enhances the user to superhuman levels on par with 40% of One For All at the age of 18]
- Asheye: [the user's right eye always glows a soft white and emitting the smoke and ashes of the Ashfire aspect. The Asheye can also see Thermal Signatures and even read people's emotions as if they were an aura, along with being able to tell if people are lying or not]

Drawback: [the user will burn and crack from overuse of the Ashfire, with their body being completely drained of stamina from constant use of Ashform, along with Ashfire resulting in mental strain from intense overuse. The user also has an enhanced metabolism, resulting in large intakes of calories and food to allow for continued usage of quirk]

A 9 year old Izuku was standing in his living room glaring at Katsuki who was yelling at him and was making tensions extremely high.

"I DON'T GIVE A FUCK DEKU!! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DROP OFF A VILLAINS STUFF!!" Screamed Katsuki glaring at him.

"I didn't ask you to give me my stuff, the teacher did" said Izuku.

"Yet its still YOUR FUCKING FAULT YOU STUPID VILLAIN!!!" He shouted as sparks appeared in his hands.

Izuku grew annoyed, giving his whole life he was called that all because of his quirk that he wanted to use to save people. He activated it and small silver flames appeared on his hands and with great control he was able to make it so smoke and ash didn't come off them or else they'd decay and burn the ceiling.

"I'm not a villain Kacchan! I'm not the one who runs around screaming at people and if they don't agree with me, bullies them until they do!! If anyone here is a villain, it's you for how you act!!!" Shouted Izuku "NOW LEAVE MY HOUSE!!!".

Katsuki couldn't believe it, this villain is calling him a villain and telling him, he acts like one!? He's only keeping those weak nobody's in their place!!! He's doing his job to ensure those extras know their place and Deku here thinks he can tell him WHAT TO DO!!!.

Katsuki lifted his arm up and released a powerful explosion with Izuku jumping out of the way, but when he did, he realized his mistake too late.

Inko came into the room to tell Katsuki to leave when she saw them arguing and it got more violent, she walked towards them, then heard a explosion and the last thing she saw was Izuku jump out of the way and the explosion heading towards her before everything went black.

"MOM!!!!" screamed Izuku running towards her and his eyes went wide and frantic as he looked at her. Her body was covered In burns, with some parts showing muscle and bone "MOM PLEASE ANSWER ME!!!".

Katsuki stood frozen with his hand still out stretched as he tried to process this, after a couple moments he turned and ran away.

"I-it wasn't my fault!! I-I-It was Dekus fault!! Yeah it was his fault that this happened! If it wasn't for Deku the. She wouldn't have gotten hurt!! IT'S ALL DEKUS FAULT! NOT MINE!!!" Thought Katsuki as he ran away leaving Izuku screaming for his mom.

"MOM!!! PLEASE ANSWER ME!!!" He screamed in desperation, as he sat their crying over his mom, he looked at his arms and body, smoke and fire was still emitting off of him before it just stopped.

Izuku sat next to his mom holding her hand as she was laying in the hospital bed in a coma. She just came out of surgery and given the injuries she received, the doctors told him, they aren't sure when she'll wake up, it could be a couple days or weeks or months or years or never...

As he sat in his room with a broken expression on his face, his whole life just kept replaying in his mind and the more it kept replaying, the more he realized that all the pain him and his mom faced was because of his quirk.

For Izuku time seemed to both slow down and go at light speed and before he knew it, a hour passed and his moms door was opened and a figure ran in and pulled him into a tight hug.

"It's ok Izuku... it's ok" said Nemuri in her civilian clothing as she held him. She was a family friend, she grew up in the same neighborhood as Inko and as she grew, Inko would come and watch her when her parents were gone. As they both grew, they were inseparable and Inko always encouraged her to be follow her dreams and thanks to her, Nemuri did indeed become a hero. Even if Inko didn't agree with her first costume and used her older sister wrath to smack her upside the head until she changed it to something at least decent... though her second design wasn't much better.. which led to more slaps. It took a while but she did eventually change her design to something that is much more family friendly, with her having a hardened leather like armor covering her stomach and chest, while also wearing a jacket that ended right at her stomach.

"Izuku please answer me, are you ok?" Said Nemuri holding him and hoping that he will be able to recover from this.

He just nodded his head, his face expressionless and his eyes devoid of life.

"Please look at me Izuku" she said turning his head to her.

Looking at his eyes, her heart nearly broke, they were basically lifeless husks with no light in them.

"Please talk to me, what happened Izuku, all we found was that their was a large explosion and the police believe it was a gas explosion giving the oven exploded Said Nemuri.

Izuku still said nothing, he knew the real reason and he wanted to say something but... a part of him didn't for a different reason.

Let Katsuki go to UA and start his journey to be a hero and once he's about to reach his goal... tear him down by revealing everything he's done.

It's something that Izuku would normally never do... but now all he wants is to get revenge on Katsuki, though he couldn't feel it, he couldn't really feel any emotions anymore nor his quirk really.

"Forgive me mom, but it will take a long time for me to avenge you..." he said quietly.

Time continued to go by and before he knew it, he was at Nemuris house in one of the guest rooms with her sitting next to him still holding him.

"Listen Izuku I know this is hard but I'll be here if you need someone ok? I'll be right in the next room if you need me" she said kindly as she rubbed his back.

He just nodded his head while still not really here, his brain was still processing everything and going through emotional whiplash giving he couldn't feel anything anymore. It was just... nothing.

She got up and left the room and went to hers before she sat in her bed, with her hands on her face. Her sister in everything but blood was in a coma and now her son is all alone in the world, not only that but his next guardian is Mitsuki who has that little shit of a so-.

Nemuri just remembered something important, when Izuku was born, she was also labeled his godmother along with Mitsuki and either one of them were to take care of Izuku in case something happened to her.

Reaching over to her night stand, she grabbed her phone and began look through her contacts until she found the contact she was looking for.

Shota Aizawa.

Pushing the call button she began to wait, which wasn't long since after two rings, he answered.

"Nemuri what is it? I'm busy hunting down a human trafficking ring" he said in a dry and annoyed tone.

"Look I'm sorry for bothering you but... I need your help" she said.

"With what?".

"Inko is in a coma... and I need help to get legal custody of Izuku.. I don't want him to live with his bully.... but giving my reputatio-". "Your worried that the judge will say no and you want me to vouch for you giving I'm very logical".

"Yes... Shota I know I'm not the best but please... I'll do whatever you want or give you whatever you want... please just help me with this" said Nemuri.

"I would've anyways, but hearing how serious you are, I'll be sure that you get custody over him" said Aizawa.

"Thank you Shota... I promise to pay you back somehow" she said.

"Just make Izuku happy and we'll call it even, now tell me what time we're meeting since I'm very busy right now" he said.

"Tomorrow at the police station near Inkos house at 11am" Midnight said as she laid down in her bed.

"K, I'll be there, goodbye Nemuri" he said before hanging up.

Smiling, she put her phone down and just laid in her bed as she thought of everything that happened today, she was supposed to have a interview today at UA College so she can work with her two best friends. But that changed after what happened with Inko and Izuku.

"I promise you Inko I'll do everything I can to raise him to be an amazing man" she said to herself before turning in for the night.

The next morning Izuku woke up to the smell of breakfast being made, yet he couldn't feel happy at all, he just felt empty.

He got up and sat on the ledge of the bed staring at the floor, he looked at his hand and tried to will his quirk to life when nothing happened.

He couldn't feel his quirk at all and no matter how hard he tried, it didn't come to life like it normally would.

"Great.. something else I can't do" he said quietly as he stood up and left, heading to the kitchen. As he walked, all the events of yesterday replayed in his head and he felt small bits of anger, but nothing substantial. He was too damaged from yesterday's events and now he was emotionally damaged to the point he couldn't feel anything anymore but the bare minimum of emotions from what he observed.

Arriving in the kitchen, he saw Nemuri cooking breakfast as she hummed a tune tray was a mixture of sadness and forced happiness.

"Morning" he said to her and sat down at the table with the same blank expression.

"Good morning Izuku, did you sleep well last night?" She said.

"It was fine" he said.

Letting out a sigh she looked down, he was like a completely different person now, sure before he was a bit anti social and reserved but now... he was like a empty shell that just went along with what was going on.

"I'm gonna be going to the police today... I'm gonna try and get custody of you so you don't have to live with the Bakugos and deal with Katsuki" she said.

For a mere Instant a flash of rage appeared in his eyes, but just as fast it was gone.

"Ok.." he said.

Grabbing the breakfast she walked over and placed down his plate and sat down at her chair "so... while I'm gone what will you do?" She asked.

"...go to the hospital and see mom, that's all" he said in the same emotionless dry tone.

"That's good, hopefully she'll wake up soon" Nemuri said with a warm smile.

Izuku just gave a nod as darker thoughts entered his mind "if it wasn't for my quirk, then none of this would've happened".

As his thoughts dwindled on that, Nemuri looked down in shame, her godson was like this all because of what happened to Inko and the years of bullying, that the school did a good job at hiding. Looking back at him, she promised herself that she will try her hardest to bring back his smile, it always made others smile and will one day be a lady killer.

They continued to eat breakfast in silence after that, she wanted to talk to him but knew he wouldn't really answer like he used to. She hoped that he will be able to smile again and his dream to be a hero was still present.

Nemuri walked into the police station with Shota following her, giving the situation and how recent it is, the police are in charge of this instead of a court, though if Mitsuki or herself fight, then the courts will he involved.

"Hello Nemuri, Aizawa how are you two ?" Said Mitsuki looking at her, she like Inko viewed her like a little sister and was so happy seeing her grow up and achieve her dreams.

"I'm doing ok... besides what happened yesterday.." Nemuri said rubbing her arm.

"I'm fine" said Aizawa.

"That's understandable... you probably feel worse than I do, since I know how close you two were" said Mitsuki.

"I do feel horrible... but I have to be strong for Izuku.. giving what happened to his mom, I now have to take care of him and he strong" she said with her eyes hardening in determination.

Before Mitsuki could say something, a police officer came in and told them to follow him to the office room.

As they walked, Mitsuki looked at Nemuri and let out a sigh, she wanted to take care of Izuku herself, but giving how hostile her son and Izuku's relationship is, it'd cause problems and most likely start a fight or multiple. This meant she had to let Nemuri take care of him in Inkos stead.

Opening the door, the officer held it so they could all enter the room and sit down, with a different officer with the head of a cat entering.

"Hello my name is officer Sansa Tamakawa" he said sitting down in a chair on the other side of the table "..Eraserhead? What are you doing here?".

"Nemuri asked for my help, that's all" he said in his usual dry and board tone.

"Ok... anyways let's get to why we are here, both of you are written down at Izuku Midoriyas guardians if anything was to happen to his mother, am I correct?" He said getting a nod from both woman. "Good, now which one of you will he taking custody of him until his mother wakes up?".

Nemuri went to say something, but Mitsuki beat her to it "she will" she said with a small smile.

"Mitsuki?".

"I can see it on your face how much you want to do this.. and in all honesty, this would be best for his health, giving both him and my son don't like each other all because of Izukus quirk..." she said. It didn't matter how many times she explained it to Katauki, he never understood that he shouldn't Judge someone because of their quirk.

"I... thank you Mitsuki.. you can still visit him if you want" Nemuri said.

"I'll be sure to, I mean he is still my godson and I'd be a shitty godmother if I didn't" said Mitsuki.

"..well it seems that both of you already got this all settled, giving that is the case, Kayama-san I'll need you to sign some paperwork so you will he Midoriya's legal guardian until his mom wakes up" said Sansa.

"Right.. and thank you again Mitsuki" she said.

"No problem, just make sure that kid grows up to he normal and not be you" she said with a half joking half serious tone.

"Don't worry..... now that I have to be more responsible, I'll change some of my habits and ways to make sure he grows up well" she said showing more maturity than she normally does and how serious she was.

This set aside Mitsukis worries, Izuku will be in capable hands.

A couple days passed since then and both Izukus and Nemuris lives changed a lot.

Nemuri had to clean up her act a lot, her whole persona was still in the realm of being sexy and using sex appeal, but she was a lot more modest now which did anger her hard-core fans. When asked this, she just said some personal stuff happened and she has to be a lot more mature about how she handles her life now.

For Izuku, he was diagnosed with anhedonia, or better known as emptional numbness giving the traumatic event he went through. It made it hard for some people giving he very rarely showed any emotions at all, he was always just blank. The most they might get from him would be from his eyes showing some or maybe a twitch of the lips.

Anther thing that changed for Izuku was that he couldn't use his quirk anymore, it was both a mixture of him not wanting to use it and being unable. When Nemuri asked Recovery Girl why he can't use it, she said it's most likely a emotional block that is preventing it and the only way to change is with trial and error.

Izuku was pulled out of his thoughts when someone sat next to him, she was his senpai in a way, they were both training at UA to learn how to control their quirks giving how dangerous they were.

It was something Nezu started about 25 years before Izuku was born, it was meant to help any kid with dangerous quirks learn to control them and not hurt anyone and this program worked wonders.

"I'm sorry for what happened, are you sure your ok?" Asked Ryuko Tatsuma who was 9 years his senior being 18 and has known him since he first came to UA 5 years ago to learn to control his very dangerous quirk.

For her, she had to learn how to control her quirk and her emotions, giving her dragon quirk heavily influence them along with give her natural super strength, so for the first 5 years of her life when her quirk activated, she couldn't have any physical contact until she learned to control it.

This led to a side effect, it severely touch deprived her and because of that, she can be very clingy, which even Izuku experienced sometimes.

"I'm fine Tatsuma, you don't need to worry about me" he said in his now cold emotionless tone.

Frowning she reached over and pinched his cheek, she missed the old him that yes, was cold but at the same time could be a lot of fun to talk to.

"How many times have I told you to call me Ryuko, remember Ry-u-ko" she said while tugging on his cheek.

"I'm sowwy, wunt havpen agin (I'm sorry, it won't happen again)" said Izuku far to used to her doing this.

"Good or else I'll tell my friends and you know they won't like it" she said getting a slight chuckle when she saw a slight bit of fear enter his eyes. "Awww are you scared? I'll be sure to tell Rumi and Moe".

"Please don't.." he said, yes he liked her friends a lot but they could be a handful when they realize he's acting cold.

"Too late, I'm gonna tell em cause I wanna see you be happy again, I'm gonna he starting UA next year and I might not be able to see you as much giving I'll have more school work" said Ryuko with a grin that showed her pointed teeth which Izuku openly admitted made her beautiful.

"I'm gonna get kicked and burned..." he said in his same flat tone but to keen ears sounded slightly scared.

"Hehehe oh come on its not that bad, besides they adore you, especially with how much you helped them and me with our quirks which helped all of us pass the entrance exam" she said with a warm smile as she looked at him.

"I was only trying to help you; you don't have to thank me" he said.

She looked at him and smiled, out of the countless people she's met, he was one of the nicest "Ok well here's one of my gifts for you" she said handing him a piece of paper.

Taking it, he looked at it and saw that it had 3 phone numbers with contact info.

"So we can keep in touch, just because we are going to UA doesn't mean we don't wanna talk to you" she said with a warm smile.

"T-thank you.. i really appreciate this" he said with a slight stutter showing a small bit of the old him "Wait what was the other gift then? This is a really nice one".

He then felt something warm and soft on his cheek and turned his head to see Ryuko pulling her head back with a small smile "consider that my other gift for everything you've done for me and my friends. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be as strong as we are and I wouldn't be able to do half transformations or breath fire" she said.

Izuku stared at her and for a brief moment his cheeks heated up showing red and Ryuko swore she saw smoke leave his head giving the kiss.

"I have to leave but please keep in touch with us, you helped all 3 of us, so maybe we can help you get your quirk back so you can be a hero" she said giving him a hug, which he returned before she left.

Leaving Izuku on the bench, he put the paper in his pocket and stared at his hand "........hero.... I can't be a hero when my villainous quirk is the reason... why my mom ended up in the hospital".

After he said that his mind went back to his horrible life, he was bullied snd hated all because of his quirk, this then lead to what happened a couple days ago.

"Bakugo... I may have let you off the hook for right now but... I will avenge my mom for what you did and I'll do it at your highest point just to tear down your dreams and lives, like you did mine" said Izuku showing his darker side thanks to Rumi.
