On a walled path. You run toward one of the Swamp Demons. "Ngh!!... Ngh!!" 'I'll never forgive anyone who hurt my brother, especially a demon!' You slam your foot down toward the Swamp Demon, but he retreats to the ground before he gets hit. 'Damn it, he got away!'

"Hehehe..." the demon reappears "Ngh...!?" 'You ugly freak!' You run toward the Swamp Demon again. "Nezuko!" You stop upon hearing your brother's voice. "Don't chase after him! Get back here!" He said you run back toward Tanjiro. When between you and Tanjiro, a hole for the Swamp Demon appears. "Nezuko!" The Swamp Demon reaches out to grab you, but you jump over him and rejoin with your brother.

'Do you think I don't know that's  going to happen' looking back at the demon, you turn your head and face your brother. "mmm?" You tilt your head 'is something wrong brother? Why are you staring at me like that?...oh I know, your having your internal monologue, are you brother?'

In Tanjiro's mind. 'Mr. Urokodaki did tell me... that Nezuko is a demon now. And that she's not necessarily so weak that I have to protect her. Is it all right to let her handle this? If I have her watch over those two, I can focus on my attacks.'

Tanjiro steps toward you, Kazuki, and the girl. As he does, the Swamp Demon's shadow appears at his feet. Tanjiro jumps back, creating a space between him and the three of you.

'These things are creepy' Another copy of the Swamp appears out of the ground next to you and attacks. "Argh!!" You dodge the attack, and the Swamp Demon slides back.

"Nezuko!" You look at him while the shadow continues to creep toward Tanjiro. "Nezuko! I'm going underground! I want you to protect those two!... You can do that, right?" He looks at you 'of course, leaves it to me' you nod. Tanjiro steps forward, into the Swamp Demon's domain, leaving you, Kazuki, and the girl with one of the Swamp Demon copies.

'Now then,' turning your attention to the demon gesturing your hands in front of Kazuki and the girl "Argh!" 'I know brother will do a quick work to those other two demons, so I'm not going to let you lay a finger on them, now I want to know what can I do with this demon body'

You run towards the demon throwing a punch that he blocks that he is about to counter with his attack but you immediately react and dodge it using its momentum to throw a roundhouse kick to his head and a sidekick to his abdomen. The demon feels every attack you throw at him 'amazing it's my first time to feel so light when fighting, I can even incorporate my marital art knowledge in my previous life more effectively'

The demon attacks you using his left fist that you immediately grab, you give him a quick punch in the face and elbow in the abdomen, you then anchor yourself throwing him over your shoulder into the ground that creates a big crater of cracks.

"keuk!" 'This girl is powerful! She doesn't seem to have mastered any morphing skills yet, but look how strong she is. She must have gotten a huge amount of blood from him! And her way of fighting is so unusual. I can't predict her next moves.

While the demon is still down feeling the pain "Nghh!" You throw another punch at him busting his head and creating a hole in his face. You remove your fist from his head and stand back. Waiting for him to stand back and heal from the wound you inflicted on him 'I know that's not going to kill him but at least I bought some time for my brother to come back

The Swamp Demon slowly heals his hole wounds in the face and stands back "you brat!" He rushes to attack you and you prepare to strike him with a punch, but he blocks the attack and attacks you back 'wait this is-'. You bend yourself and dodge it 'she dodges it!?' The demon is in shock. 'I'm not falling for that attack that supposes to scratch my forehead' "then try dodging this" the demon said attacking you once more using his other arm.

You on the other hand just standing and not trying to dodge or block his attack 'it's almost time'...Tanjiro emerges from the hole in the ground and slices the demon's arm off. "Ah... Ahh!" "Hands off my sister!" 'Woah! your so cool big brother' your eyes brighten, you are happy to see your brother again.

Tanjiro slices the other arm off of the Swamp Demon and falls backward.'Alright brother I'll leave that demon to you I'm going to sit down and take my rest' you sit on the ground against the wall. Still looking and listening to your brother's conversation with the demon.

"You give off a scent like rotten oil. It's a horrible smell! How many people have you killed?" "Listen If women live any longer, they turn ugly and start tasting like crap! So we killed them for their good! You should be thankful to us demons~" Tanjiro cuts the Swamp Demon's tongue.

"Never mind. Tanjiro takes a step toward the Swamp Demon. The Swamp Demon backs up against the wall. "You're going to tell me what you know about Muzan Kibutsuji." "Ah...!" The Swamp Oni begins to tremble. "Talk to me!" Tanjiro demanded "Eek...!" "Start talking!" "I-I can't tell you. I can't tell you!"

'The smell of fear is strong. He's trembling down to his bones!' "I can't tell you, all right?!" The Swamp Demon regenerates his arms and attacks Tanjiro. "Ahh!!"Tanjirou dodges the attack and beheads the Swamp Demon. The Swamp Demon disintegrates.

"Ah... Once again, I failed to get any information." Tanjiro sheathes his sword. He turns to Nezuko, who sits on the ground against the wall. "Nezuko!" He kneels and looks at you "Are you alright?" You gave him a nod. 'I'm fine'

"Sorry. I'm so sorry. Wait just a little longer, okay? I promise to turn you back into a human again" he said, you hold his face "Nezuko?" You shake your head and give him a look of reassurance 'it's alright brother, I can wait!' "Thank you Nezuko"

Tanjiro places the box in front of you, you change your size and go inside of it. 'Alright let's take a short nap' leaning your head on the wall of your box.

"Nezuko... Nezuko are you awake?" You heard your brother's voice from the outside of the box. You just wake up from your nap. You knock on the wood to let him know that you are awake. A moment later you feel that he put the box down.
Opening the door of the box. "Nezuko we can walk together now, the sun is down and my next mission is that city," He said.

You change to your normal size and walk beside your brother while holding each other's hand. 'The city huh?, I'm excited... Wait a minute, we just defeat the Swamp Demon and next mission...the city... ' you suddenly stop "Nezuko is something wrong" 'that monster who killed my family... MUZAN, he is in that City. '

In the City. 'It's not as advanced back in my previous life but I miss this kind of feeling' you and your brother are walking around your brother is seems to be overwhelmed by his surrounding and this makes you laugh inside.

Tanjiro runs with you toward a dark alley. "Uh, let's go that way, Nezuko!" He then sees a couple being intimate in the alley. "Erk! I-I beg your pardon" the two walk around the city until you two are out of the crowd.

Arriving at an udon stand. "Excuse me." "Huh?" the man said "A bowl of udon with grated cheese on top, please." "Uh, sure thing!" "I've never been to a place like this. It's way too crowded." "Here's your udon with grated yam on top!" "Thank you very much," Tanjiro said.

Sitting on the bench, your brother holding the bowl of udon. 'That udon looks tasty, I want to try it, ever since I become a demon I haven't eaten anything, well sleeping relieves my hunger but still, I miss the sensation of chewing something. Maybe I can try, no one said that a demon can't eat human food and besides I am once a human too'

Tanjiro begins to eat his udon but smells something. He stands and drops the bowl of udon. 'Aaaa! What a waste and it looks so good too' you look at your brother 'oh no did he~' Tanjiro looks around frantically, takes his sword, and runs back toward the city.

"Mmmmm" 'wait, brother come back...and he left me behind, well he will be alright but he will meet that monster MJ' you then look at the vendor who is now angry. "Hey, that person with you just took off and waste my bowl of udon" you flinch when he walks towards you. 'I'm sorry brother but I need to do this.' You reach to your muzzle and remove it from your mouth.

"I'm sorry sir. My brother will surely come back. We'll make sure to pay you back" you said while bowing making sure that he can't see your fangs "it's not about the money kid it's about ~" I cut him off "then I want to order one udon please," you said...

"Here's your udon," he said,

On the bench. Holding on to the bowl of udon. 'The moment of truth' you take the chopsticks and take a bite of the udon...' it's...it's... '

Meanwhile...

'It's him! Tanjiro prepares to draw his sword. "Dad!" Tanjiro stops. Muzan turns, revealing a little girl in his arms. "Who's that?" The little girl said "It's all right. Don't worry." Muzan said to his fake daughter.

'He's... He's... He's...He's living here, pretending to be a human!'

"Is there something I can do for you? You seem to be quite flustered." Muzan said "Oh, my. What's going on?" A woman approached Muzan and the girl "Mother!" Tanjiro covers his mouth and grips his clothes 'They're humans! The girl and the woman... Their scent is human! Don't you know? Can't you tell? That this guy is a demon? That he devours humans?'

"Do you know him?" The woman asks his husband "No. Much to my consternation, I've never seen this child before. He must have mistaken me for someone else." He scratches a man passing by. "Oh, you think so?" The woman said

"Ah!" The man scratched by Muzan clutches at his neck. "Ah..." "Dear, what's the matter?" "Ngh..."
"Dear?" The man, having turned into a demon, turns to the woman. "Urah!!" "Ah!" "Stop!" Tanjiro shout The man bites the woman's shoulder "Ahh!!"

'I can't believe this...this udon...is great. I can still eat human food. Oh, thank you! God whoever you are who reincarnated me in this world.
