"Dear, there will be a High-class convention coming up soon, it would allow us to develop our company more if we expand our connection in that convention. How about you go there?" Leila held a document as she stood up from her chair.

"H-high class? Convention?" Claude was stupefied. It is a great opportunity but he knows he doesn't belong in that society. What could he say to communicate with those people? "Isn't it a little bit too much?"

Leila went to his desks and put the documents she was holding on it. "Too much? This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you got invited to!" She took out an invitation envelope from one of the documents she put on the desk. "The host invited you means they acknowledge you, if you don't come, it would be a waste and it would ruin our relationship with the host!" Leila acted enthusiastically.

After all, she made that happen, being invited to. For three days putting herself in the work, she did nothing but widen their network! Although, Claude wouldn't notice it as he just busies himself only to sign the documents she gave him and busy with Annalisa in his free time.

It seems that Claude's face is so thick he wouldn't even bother reading the documents nor enhance his brain on it! What? Does he think Leila is her mother that she should spoon-feed everything?!

Nevertheless, it didn't matter as it would even give Leila an advantage. 'Does he really trusts me to the point he didn't care what he was signing? Or he's just taking advantage of my previous self's naivety? Either way, I'll take this chance! I just need more time and focus!'

Claude pondered and didn't know what to say, it would be shameful if he refused but if he didn't, he'll only embarrass himself!

Since his mind is muddled, Leila spoke and gave him another push, she held his filthy hands, "Are you worried? Do you want me to support you? You can bring your secretary there if needed!" Her eyes were full of worry that it melts his heart, he knew she only wants the best for him.

He sighed, "You're right, it will help our company if we join the convention. But I am still new to this so... Will you help me?" He pleaded.

Leila wanted to roll her eyes when he said the word new, he is just incompetent and there's no medicine for it! Unless he starts taking his job seriously and learns from it!

She gave him the sweetest smile she could ever fake, "Of course! Having the most beautiful wife will also give them an impression!" She let go of his hands and puff her chest as she boasted!

With her confidence, it eases Claude and the atmosphere, "You're right! You're the most beautiful wife ever!" Just as he said that he thought of Annalisa who is much sexier than her. They are both beautiful but Leila's beauty was shadowed by age and her once alluring body became a chubby mother.

Of course, Leila knows it well and she was thankful for that now. People say beauty will age, but beauty will always be beautiful if people take care of it. She knew it was her shortcoming of focusing on others than taking herself. But it's never too late.

However, it's not the time yet... Besides, she has a child who can bring her beauty back!

"This is a circle, and this is square!" Annalisa points the shapes in the book while Alica, Carla, and Kai stared at what she pointed at. The children nodded. "This is a triangle and this is heart!" Once again, they nodded even though Alicia didn't understand, she nodded as that's what her big sister did.

Annalisa clapped her hands, "Now! How about you try!" Carla smiled and volunteers to be the first to attempt, she pointed at each of them and answered correctly as she puffed her cheeks. After all, this is basic, and since they all know Leila taught her personally, it wouldn't be weird if she knew it.

Though, she still acted like she was enjoying this boring lesson. Annalisa bought it and clapped her hands with a big smile, "Very good! How about you Kai?"

With a chipping sound, Kai just stared at the book as he chews his pacifier. Alicia on the other hand pointed at the shapes but says gibberish, "Waawoo lala? Woo woo!"

With her cute mouth and little finger, Annalisa gently pinch her cheeks, "Very good! You can do it!" Then her attention went to Kai, she didn't say anything and stroke his head.

For thirty minutes, the children learned from Annalisa. Although it was for a short lesson, this is enough for the toddlers as they are more on games than listening. Toddlers can focus on the lesson for a maximum of 15 minutes, it was only a miracle that they lasted for 30 minutes!

That was because Annalisa is excellent at teaching kids! She played with them as she trick them to pay attention. Mostly, her lesson was like gameplay. 'No wonder Alicia became intelligent when she grew up, her fundamental academic was taught greatly!' Carla snickered in her heart.

'Unlike us, she taught us wrong! Hence, we were that stupid and foolish to be brainwashed!'

After the lesson, they ate snacks and played for a while before going back to their room to take a nap. The maids who are assigned to Carla and Kai washed their bodies upon the bathtub.

Kai who was just silently observing everyone wanted to bury himself as a maid clean him up. Ever since he was reborn, he was used to this situation but felt bad for one thing.

His junior couldn't be seen nor notice it well! He wanted to cry but that would only trouble others. Instead, he comforts himself, 'I am a man, I am a man,' he recited it in his mind until he was brought to the bed.

When the maids left, Carla caressed Kai's hair and talked to him before they take a nap, "Kai, how should I teach you?" She pondered. She grabbed a book from her space and read it for him. However, instead of a storybook, it was a science book.

Kai has used to Carla read him advance book, probably Carla hoped it would help him learn as she wasn't like Annalisa who is good at teaching. Though, at night, she truly did read a storybook before sleeping.

If Kai didn't reborn, he might actually be soon a genius or might got bored of it, either way, he would tell anyone about what Carla has been teaching him and would ruin their plan, fortunately, he did reborn and knows what to do while following their plan.

But, after thinking about his life, he chose not to tell her nor anyone about his rebirth. There's a part of him that misses his family but there's also a part that hated them. He was terrified that he might hate them more if they knew about his rebirth. After all, he died without seeing his mother nor sister for how many years in that prison life.

Even he went back, and time change, so did his sister, it wouldn't erase his trauma and he knew his sister has that too. However, she chose to escape instead of revenge. It was a pathetic side of her. He hated her more. If it wasn't for their mother's changes, he might leave them for good.

He loves them... But he hated them for being weak... Especially his sister for being so vulnerable even after rebirth. He thought his sister wasted the chance of rebirth for a meaningless escape. Fortunately, their mother is much smarter and ruthless than ever.

He wanted the plan to work. He wanted the people that killed them to live miserably hoping for their death to come! He will never forgive them! Even their cousin who's his sister is currently not only helping them but making their ally!

They only bully Carla but she didn't know what kind of people they were and what did they did to him when she was cowering inside her room!

"Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell..." Carla continued to read the book without her knowing what's Kai was thinking. The fiery gaze that Kai seeping was covered by his bottle of milk he was holding. He closed his eyes and showed an indifferent look instead.

Now that he knows what he wants and wasn't conflicted like before, his emotion was calm and he focused on his growth. Whatever he learns, either through anyone's teaching or his own perseverance, it didn't matter as long as he concentrates on his goal.

Not a moment after, he fell asleep.

Carla closed the book and yawned, she, herself got weary of what she read. She put it back on her space and lied down. Just as she closed her eyes, a yellow butterfly, Charlotte, emerged from Kai's body.

Charlotte gave her master a frightened gape. Lucy ate Carla and Charlotte. "Master!" Charlotte whimpered, "C-can I change a VIP?"

Carla gave her a confusing look, "What's wrong with Kai?"
