Nandini along with Krystal and Dadi reaches hospital where they are surrounded by reporters after getting out of car.

Reporters surrounds them and they are not able to move anymore. Nandini is continuously trying to stop them but they are going on and on when asking questions.

In order to control the situation as both Dadi and Krystal are with her and she needs to protect them she shouts on reporters

"Just stop it, I know you want to know about Manik's situation but please try to understand we are not in a condition to answer your questions right now and on top of that even we don't know anything about his condition. So please calm down and whenever there will be any update from doctor about Manik we will inform you" first Nandini starts by roaring on them but later controls her voice and try to make them understand their situation

"And also there are other patients in the hospital and you are disturbing them. Being journalist you are forgetting your responsibility and you should know how to behave in a place like hospital. Just for your news you go to this extent just for your benefit disregarding the comfort of people. Hope now you will understand and clear hospital grounds to not cause any more inconvenience for others." She says making them realise their mistake and asks them to leave

Then all three of them moves into the hospital where Nandini hurriedly asks receptionist "Where is Manik Malhotra admitted, like in which room"

"He is in Operation Theatre, it is on 3rd floor" receptionist replies and tells them the direction of OT and everyone moves towards OT

On reaching OT, they see Manik is in Operation Theatre and his operation is going on. Everyone is numb seeing him in this condition. Nandini has decided that she will be strong for Manik and Dadi, she can't be weak.

So she moves towards Dadi and makes her sit on the chairs present in front of Operation Theatre and offers her water to drink which she collected from the water dispenser at the end of hall way. Dadi tries to refuse water but Nandini stops her.

"Dadi you can't behave like this, now come on drink some water. If you will not take care of yourself then what will I answer Manik when he will wake up that I can't even take care of you and most importantly if you yourself will become weak than how will you scold him for pulling such a stupid act" she says trying to make dadi understand and make situation little light

Then Dadi drinks some water and Nandini also gives water to Krystal and all of them keeps waiting in front of Operation Theatre to get to know any information about Manik's condition.

After a while a nurse comes out of OT and all rushes to her to ask her about his condition.

"How is my manu? Is he fine." Dadi asks her along with Nandini and Krystal

" Sorry but we can't say anything about patient's condition right now as there is a lot of blood loss and nothing can be said clearly right now" nurse replies listening to which everyone goes numb

" Now please excuse me, I need to get some medicines from pharmacy" saying this nurse leaves and Nandini makes Dadi and Krystal compose and make them settle on chairs while she herself goes towards Operation Theatre's door and sees Manik through it and controlling herself to not to burst out in tears which she is accumulating from the time she came to know about his accident

In between Krystal contacts Abhi and Karan and inform them about accident of Manik listening which both are shocked and quickly rushes to the hospital along with Maddy and Aman who also meets them in the way as they came to know about Manik's accident news on internet.

Everyone reaches hospital and goes towards Operation Theatre as Krystal already informed Karan about Manik being operated.

Everyone on reaching operation theatre goes towards Dadi and console her that everything will be fine.

Then Abhi goes towards Nandini and keeps his hand on her head he crases her head like assuring her everything will be fine.

"Don't worry babydoll everything will be fine" Abhi assures Nandini

"Really na, Manik will be fine and nothing will happen to him" she aks Abhi like a innocent baby who wants assurance from her brother that nothing wrong will happen and everything will eventually be alright

"Yes, don't worry nothing will happen to your Manik. He will fight all odds for you and Dadi." Abhi says and hugs her providing some brotherly warmth

Like this time passes on and finally after long wait the door of OT opens and doctor comes out after a long surgery. Seeing doctor everyone rushes towards him and starts asking him about Manik's condition.

"Wait wait everyone, let me speak, actually due to excessive blood loss and deep wound on his head his condition is quite critical. We have done the surgery and it is successful and all that we could do from our side has been done but nothing can be said about his condition right now" doctor explains them the details of his case

"Doctor what do you mean by nothing can be said about his condition when you are saying the surgery is successful" Nandini asks doctor not able to get clear meaning behind his words

"Actually now his recovery all depends upon his level of response, if he gains conciousness within 48 hours then only we can say anything about him otherwise he may slip into coma" dropping this bomb on everyone doctor takes his leave leaving others hanging in between their thoughts

Later on Manik is shifted to ICU where no one is allowed to meet him. And everyone settles in corridor waiting and praying for Manik to wake up.

And Abhi and Karan are continuously receiving calls from office which they are avoiding again and again.

Nandini being the observant one notices how Karan and Abhi are talking to each other through eyes and she finds this odd and asks them

"Dad and bhaiyu, what happened, you are receiving so much calls from office any issue" she asks them being a little suspicious

"Nothing dear/babydoll, there is nothing like this, it's just about some project, you don't worry" both replies at the same time which strengthen her suspect more

"Don't try to hide anything from me and now please out with the talk" Nandini warns them

" Ok, so the thing is the dealer with whom we signed the deal for raw material a few days ago regarding the joint project, he has backed out and now no one is ready to provide us the raw material at desired time and they are also asking for higher prices which are totally out of budget and on top of that our shareholders are also pressuring us as this news is some how leaked but don't worry we will handle this " Abhi explains the situation of office to her and now she is trying to figure out how all the problems are coming at the same time

But she decided to handle this situation later on and her main concern right now is Manik.

Like this time passes on and now only 3 hours are left from the time given to Manik. If he doesn't wake up in these 3 hours then situation will be much more critical and it will be difficult to save him.

Everyone is praying and crying for his recovery. Everyone is present in front of Shri Krishna Idol praying for Manik's recovery. There is only an hour left when doctors left hope that Manik will wake up when suddenly the machine attached to Manik started making a beaping sound and everyone rushes towards his room.

Everyone along with doctor enters his room but nurse asks them to leave as they can't be present in his ward right now and doctor is conducting some tests and checking him.

Here in corridor everyone is nervous and waiting for doctor to know about Manik. Then after a while doctor comes out and everyone surrounds him and started asking him questions about Manik's health.

"Congratulations, Manik is safe and healthy. He is now out of danger but we need to keep him in ICU for next 24 hours and then we can shift him to normal room " saying this doctor takes his leave

But after tilting a little he says" And yeah you all can meet him once, as he is conscious right now, so nurse please make sure they just meet the patient and leave immediately after it" saying this doctor continue to move on his way to his cabin

Then everyone meets Manik where he talks with everyone and  is looking at Nandini who is silent and standing in a corner. Everyone understanding them gives them some private time and leaves from there and tells Nandini that they are waiting for her outside.

Then Manik with his hand asks Nandini to come to him which she responds to and move towards him.

Both hugs each other and silent tears are flowing from her eyes. Manik wipes her tears.

"Why are you crying now, I'm fine right" he asks while wiping her tears which are continuously flowing which were piled up from the time she heard news Manik's accident.

"You know, I was very scared like what would happen. You were laying here on this bed attached to all these machines. Promise me you won't pull any such stunt like this in the future otherwise I myself will kill you" she explains her fears and open up in front of Manik and later also theatens him in a very cute way which makes him chukle and like this they spend some lone time with each other.

Then Nandini asks Manik to rest and moves out from his room. And finally everyone is relieved and thanked God for his blessings.
