I walked 3 miles on the beach
Though I woke up with
An anxiety attack

I am determined to
Not let how I wake up
Dictate my day
That's still a work
In progress

For May 1st
9 months
I hope to get a
Workout
At the gym/pool

Not overdoing it
Of course
As I have said
Many a time before

If I'm the first person
To recover 98%
Without a relapse
And/or a cure
So be it

I am up for the challenge!
