Let me introduce myself I am Serena Rose I'm 25 years old I'm also a vampire a new one to be exact it's been 5 years since I turned and I'm handling it good I had alot of help from my clan. I live in Miami you could say that I'm runing from my past and the original vampires who may or may not be after me because I broke their trust but that's a story for another time.

I was in the middle of transition to a vampire all I need to do is drink from someone so I'm patiently waiting for my clan to come with my meal I'm in the freezer where they store dead bodies pretending to be dead when someone opens my freezer and I close my eyes waiting for whoever it was to pull me out.

"It's only us you can open your eyes" Ryan said

I stod up and there he was my final step

" Don't worry about him hes a murderer "
They push him to me and I imediately sunk my teeth into his neck snapping it accidentaly I was like an animal who hasn't been feed for a whole week. I let his body hit the floor with no care at all.
" Good job Serena only 1 more day and you will be with us. "

Tomorrow is my funeral I can't wait to be free all I did for the past days is pretend to be dead I'm sick of it already.

FAST FOWARD TO NOW

I'm hungry and I haven't feed in 3 days shocking right?
I walk out of my doors and start to listen for any movements in the forest when the wind blows past me bringing a strong smell of a deer with it, I close my doors and like a light I dart into the forest behind a tree just watching him and waiting for the right time to pounce but a hunter shot him before I could even have a taste.
The hunter left and I come out from my hiding spot towards the deer and he's in alot of pain looking, begging me to make it stop so I snap his neck taking him out of his missery and drank some of it's blood wiping my mouth with my sleve when I was done. I walked into my house being suprised out of nowhere when I was trown to the wall and I land on the floor facing down when someone stops infront of me and I looked up at them and of course it was Julia.

"You bitch I didn't need that as a welcome back gift now didn't I?"

I push her to the wall while holding her neck looking her dead in the eye.

"Your gonna kiss me or what?"

she crashed her lips to mine and we made out for a good minute when I pulled back

We can't keep doing this Julia we had this conversation already

"Yeah we did but it's fun isn't it?"

"What are you doing here?"

"I came to see my best friend / lover am I not welcomed anymore?"

"Of course you are idiot but seriously why are you here?"

"Okay, okay I brought some news."

"Spill it"

"What are you talking about vampires can't have children?"

"I don't know how but you have a daughter, I was spying on Billie and she had a newborn baby with her and she was talking to her how she looks exactly like you. "

"This is not possible how did this even happen?"

"I don't know you should probably get details."

"I need to go back to Los Angeles I need to know what's happening
I will rent an apartment and go live there."

" Are you sure? you don't want to risk people seeing you. You didnt age a bit in those 5 years and everyone probably still remembers their favorite nurse"

"Yes I have to go and be lowkey as possible"
