Hey everyone! I know how much everyone loves their OC's... idk how big they will play yet, but I'll figure it out. If you've watched Angel Beats! you'll know a couple of things, but I'll be providing backstories. The OC form will be simple! Not everyone will make it in, please don't be salty, don't flame me... although if you do I really don't care lol. I have a report button. Maybe I'll make all the ones who didn't make it in NPC's. NO SIBLINGS. This is not a submission form that you can collaborate with another person for your characters to be friends.
