This is like a different story but like a continuation from the last story.

Sabine's P.O.V

"Goodnight Kanan," I said but I didn't walk to my room, instead I went to the cockpit. I had my arms wrapped around myself as I walk into the cockpit. I saw Hera sitting in her seat and getting ready to land on the nearest planet. Hera looked back and smiled before turning into a frown.

   "What's wrong Sabine?" Hera asked me. "Do you think everything will go back to normal with Kanan and Ezra?" I asked worried. "Come here," Hera said and patted the co-pilot's seat. I walked over and sat done looking at the floor. "Don't worry or think to hard about it," she said, "If I know Kanan and Ezra is that those two will figure things out."

   "I don't know Hera," I said, "They both never made an attempt to even get near each other. What makes you so sure that they will make up?" "Cause we are family and family always forgives each other," Hera said placing a comforting hand on my shoulder. "I wish I could work with my family," I said and shrugged the hand off. I stood up and went to my room.

   "Sabine wai-" Hera was cut off when the cockpit door shut behind me. I felt tears well up in my eyes and I had to set my hand on my mouth so no one could hear the sound of a sob come from me. I went into my room and locked the door, then headed to my bed. I laid down on it and covered myself, silently crying. "Sabine," I heard Hera say from the other side of the door, "Can I come in?"

   "Why? So you can tell me more about me betraying my people, my family," I cried. "Sabine, we are your family," Hera said, "We may not be blood related but it's more than that, it's the bond each and all of us have that makes us a family." I walked over to the door and unlocked it. It slid open to reveal the pilot herself and I just moved to sit on my bed. Hera sat next to me with worry in her green emerald eyes.

   "Tell me what's going on so I can help you," Hera said. "I tried to help my family but instead I brought shame to them and made a fool of myself," I said. "Well, I disagree," she said, "You're more brave than your clan Sabine. They are scared of something, maybe it's to protect something or they are just plain cowards." "THEY ARE NOT COWARDS!" I yelled at Hera. "I know," she said, "cause I know that you have risked so much to help and save your family that maybe just maybe, they will do something in return."

   "You mean join me in this war," I laughed then got serious, "Hera, if you didn't notice but my clan isn't just going to give up everything just to help some rebellion," I said. "You and me both know that it's more than the rebellion," she said, "It's about helping people, giving them a voice and hope and it has you."

I thought about it for a moment and realized that Hera was right. The rebellion is more than people fighting for others freedom, it's about how we want to see our future and what we want for others. There is more but I first need to do something. I looked over at Hera and tried my stunt, I hugged her. Hera soon returned the hug and I felt my tears return as I buried my face into her shoulder.

   "Thank you," I whispered and I wasn't sure if she heard me or not. "Your welcome, Sabine," Hera said, "You can come to me or Kanan anytime you have a problem and we will do our best to help out like Kanan is doing with Ezra." "Yeah," I said. "Well, it's lights out, I probably should go to bed," she said. "Um," I paused not sure if I should continue.

   I didn't want Hera to look at me like some toddler who had a nightmare. "What is it?" Hera asked, "I won't judge you, you can tell me anything." "Could you stay with me just for tonight?" I asked quietly. I thought I saw Hera's lips turn into a smile, "Of course I will." A smile spread across my face and I laid my head on her shoulder.

   "Thank you mom," I said without realizing it as I fell asleep.

Hera's P.O.V

   I was shocked to hear Sabine call me mom. Then when I looked down at her calm and peaceful form, I knew she would be fine. "Goodnight sweetie," I said as I laid my head on hers and fell asleep.

Sabine's P.O.V

(yeah yeah yeah, it was a short P.O.V, sue me lol please don't though)

   I was awoken when I heard footsteps walk down the hallway then I can hear Kanan talking. A while later, I could hear Ezra's voice for the first time in forever and it made me sad.he sounded so lost. Then the conversation continued until I hear the door open.

   I hear Kanan grunt in surprise then some crying. Everything went silent and I knew that our family would be fine.
