Taehyung was still lost in his thoughts about the man. He can't forget about him like how he can't forget the person who wounded his neck.

"What's troubling you, prince?"

He comes back to his own senses when he heard Jimin's voice ask him.

"It's nothing, hyeong." Taehyung replied with a sigh.

"You do know that you are not good at lying, do you?" Jimin looked at him.

"I know, hyeong, I am just thinking of something else." Taehyung replied, flipping a book to the next page.

"I have noticed that you are not wearing the necklace that your mother gave to you, where is it?" Jimin inquired to change the topic and was able to talk to him.

Taehyung gnawed on his bottom lip, he can't tell him that he lost it while he escape the palace.

"I-I lost it and I failed to find it." Taehyung at least tells the truth but not the whole reason why he lost it.

"Where did you lose it? Did you already order your Eunuch to look for it?" Jimin continued to ask him.

"I-I forgot where I lost it but I think the man who attacked me also stole the necklace without me realizing it." Taehyung stated and was almost near to the truth.

"You should be careful and aware of your surrounding, my prince. The people outside of this palace are treacherous." Jimin warned him.

"I appreciated your concern for me, hyeong. I will apply that to my knowledge." Taehyung thanked his hyeong.

Jimin stood up from the floor and bend down a bit, bowing.

"I will go now, prince, I have to look and lease for new Eunuchs in this palace." Jimin said.

"I understand, hyeong, you can go now." Taehyung told him.

Jimin left the prince's chamber and Taehyung sighed in relief. After hours spends of doing nothing but learning, Taehyung was getting bored. He wants to leave his chamber but he was restricted to leave his room until they find who dares to harm him.

"Prince, it's me Eunuch Oh and I'm here to introduce you to your newly assigned Eunuch." Eunuch Oh's voice makes him flinch a little bit.

"Get inside, Eunuch Oh." Taehyung responded while he was writing on the paper.

The door of his chamber was opened and he heard footsteps coming inside his room. He looked up and saw Eunuch Oh and he believed the new Eunuch beside him, kneeling and bowing their heads on the ground.

"Greetings to you, Prince Kim."

Taehyung's eyes widened when Eunuch Oh and the new Eunuch looked up at him.

"He is Eunuch Jungkook, he will be the Eunuch assigned to assist you." Eunuch Oh introduced the new Eunuch to the surprised prince.

Taehyung can't be wrong, he's the man who threatened and almost harm him last night. What he's doing here? What's this man's real intention and motive?

"If you have a problem with him, please tell me immediately, prince, and I will look for a new Eunuch."

"You don't have to, he's all right for me. Make sure to instruct him on what he needs to do and things to avoid."

Taehyung looked at Jungkook who slowly smirked at him and it sent a shiver down his spine.
