For a moment, Taehyung got lost in Jungkook's eyes. He felt like there was something in those eyes that made him odd. He doesn't want to admit but he admired them. There was something hiding in Jungkook's eyes, but he wasn't sure what.

“Prince Kim, Prince Park, is here to visit you.”

Taehyung realized what was happening, he pulled away from Jungkook and felt embarrassed.

“H-hyeong, why did you visit me?” He tried to act oblivious and awkwardly looked at Jimin.

“I will go now, Prince Kim.” Jungkook spoke, bowing his head, and left the chamber.

Jimin glanced at Jungkook back to Taehyung, noticing something was off between them.

“What's the matter, Prince?” Jimin asked the younger prince, who was acting bizarrely.

“Y-yes?” Taehyung wasn't able to understand what Jimin just said.

He looked at him confused while Jimin was inspecting his action.

“Is there something baffling you, my prince? That you can't even understand my clear question.” Jimin stated.

“I apologize, Hyeong, I'm just thinking of something else, that's why.” Taehyung smiled awkwardly, trying to hide his uneasiness.

“Does your Eunuch was bothering you? Has he done something else to you to make you this uncomfortable?” Jimin inquired.

“He did nothing, Hyeong, I was just having difficulties adjusting to him. It's been quite a while since I got a new Eunuch.” Taehyung replied.

“If you're having trouble with your Eunuch, tell it to me, so I could make action for him.” Jimin told him.

“I appreciate that, Hyeong.” Taehyung responded.

“I have to go now, I have to prepare for the gathering later. My prince, you should prepare for the gathering as well. You will be part of it.” Jimin said.

“I understand, Hyeong, thank you for telling me.” Taehyung bowed his head.

Jimin hummed in response and left the chamber. Taehyung smacked his forehead for acting bizarrely in front of his Hyeong.

“You are pathetic” Taehyung mumbled with pouty lips.

“Prince Kim, are you okay?”

He flinched when he heard Eunuch Jungkook's voice.

“O-of course, we have to go to the Palace for the gathering. You have to go with me, and please, don't make any mistakes while we're in there.” Taehyung responded and walked out first.

They were outside the Palace, and the lords and royals were bowing their heads to show respect to the Prince.

“It's an honor to see you, Prince Kim.” Minister Pah smiled at him.

He's one of the ministers that despised Taehyung for being the crowned prince. Because his daughter was one of the concubines of the King, she was expected to be the child-bearer for the King, but it didn't work.

“I didn't expect you to appear at this gathering, after all, you like to hide in your chamber and do nothing but mortify the Palace with your mischievous acts.” Minister Pah grinned.

“I didn't expect to see you here as well, Minister Pah, you have nothing to corrupt in this kind of gathering.” Taehyung smirked.

Minister Pah's fake smile disappeared and glared at Taehyung, but the prince simply walked away as if nothing happened.
