Taehyung was in his chamber, preparing to get to sleep while finishing his study. He was still lost in his thoughts, thinking about what he just found out about the former King.

He wonders how he will punish Minister Pah for killing former King Jeon. But, he knew he needs to search for evidence against Minister Pah and his puppets.

He opened his textbooks to check about King Jeon's history. He was trying to figure out if he could find something there to help him out.

“Prince Kim, Lord Jung is here, will you allow him to get inside?”

He heard Eunuch Oh's voice outside his chamber.

“Let him in.” Taehyung responded, closing his textbook.

The door of his chamber opened and Lord Jung Hoseok came inside wearing an all-black hanbok with a sword on his waist.

“Greetings to you, Prince Kim. What makes you call me at this late night?” Hoseok bowed his head to respect the young prince.

“I want you to help me investigate Minister Pah's connections to former King Jeon's death.” Taehyung said while looking at Hoseok's eyes.

“I don't understand why do you want me to do that, isn't the former King died because of an unknown illness?” Hoseok responded.

“That's why I called you here to search if the former King really died because of an illness. I doubt that's the reason, knowing the King is always in a good condition.” Taehyung explained.

“If that's what you order, prince Kim, I'll obey you.” Hoseok bowed his head as an acceptance of the prince's order.

“May I inquire you about something else, Lord Jung?” Taehyung asked.

“What is it, Prince Kim?” Hoseok looked at him.

“Do you perhaps any idea about King Jeon's son?” Taehyung inquired, knowing Hoseok knew a lot about the former King because he also served them.

“I don't have much information about his son's whereabouts. But if Minister Pah has really connection with King Jeon's death, I don't think he'll be alive at this moment.” Hoseok stated.

“But if he is alive, is there anything that can help me know his identity?” Taehyung asked.

“As far as I remember, his son got a scar on his cheek and a bracelet that significant the status as a prince.” Hoseok stated.

“Thank you for giving me your time, Lord Jung. You may go now.” Taehyung smiled.

“You're welcome, Prince Kim.”

Hoseok turned around and left the prince's chamber. Taehyung wonders if King Jeon's son was still alive to this day, where he might be?

“That bracelet of yours looks expensive, do you mind sharing where did you got that?” Eunuch Jang asked Jungkook, who was about to lie down on the mattress.

“I don't know.” Jungkook responded and lay down.

“I'm not surprised if you tell me that you snatched it. After all, everyone knows where you come from and what kind of life you have.” Eunuch Jang chuckled.

Jungkook paid no mind to him and just closed his eyes, hoping that he would be able to sleep this time.
