Thou shalt live in fear!
You mustn't let it rule you.
Don't let it drag you into the dark,
nor shall you let it fool you.

A mighty shadow is cast upon thee,
upon thy soul, upon thy mind.
A shadow that fear has brought
will steal your time and pride.

"You mustn't speak but only think,"
the darkness whispers to its prey.
"You must write but never read!
Write, with no delay!"

Thou shalt write in fear!
You mustn't hide from the light.
Trust not the shadows
to read what you write.

Write with courage! Write with heart!
Write in blood and in joyful tears!
You must proudly express your feelings
that were once shadowed by fear.

Don't live in fear's shadows,
for you must let thoughts and words run free.
Thou shalt live in fear anymore,
fear of expressing thee.
