(Back to good ole Virgil's POV)

Ugh my fucking head hurts like someone just nailed it in the balls.

I opened my eyes so find myself in a bright room, snoring heard from somewhere in the room. I sat up to fucking find everyone asleep around the room. Even the humans! What the hell happened?! All I remember was Roman singing and bars... Wait. Remy's gone. I heard footsteps outside so I quickly laid back down, pretending to be asleep.

Seconds later, Remy comes bursting in. "Heeeey ladiieeess! I brought starbies!" It took all my will power not to laugh at the groans that came after. "Please Remy. It's three in the morning." I heard Logan groan. I was biting my cheek now, trying really hard not to laugh.

"Oh put a sock in it calculator watch." I heard Roman say before hearing something hit the wall. "DiD yOu SeRiOuSlY tHrOw A fUcKiNg BoOk At Me?!" Roman shouted at I assume Logan. I almost lost it before I heard Patton. "Guys! You'll wake Virgil!" Everyone went quiet. "He's been out four days Pat. I doubt these little noises will wake him up." Damian spoke up. I thought about it. Yeah. Im doing this.

I sat up, fake groaning as I rubbed my pounding head. "Can you guys shut the fuck up?" I said, letting pain and annoyance flood my voice. The room grew silent for a full thirty seconds before it erupted with happy gasps and words. "Virgil!" They all shouted, causing my head to pulse. "Shhh!" I shushed them. "H-head" I waved my hands around my head, clenching my eyes shut. I got a couple sorries after that. "How about we all head out for the night." Thomas suggested. "You guys go. I want Roman to stay." Thomas and the others nodded and Roman looked at me surprised.

I waited for everyone to leave before I looked at Roman. "Seriously? Dear Evan Hanson? Not Hamilton?" Roman blushed and rubbed the back of his head. "You remember that huh? Well... Thanks for finishing the line. It helped me cope." I smiled smalley and nodded. "What even happened?" I asked after a few seconds of silence. "You were poisoned with that corrupted blade. You looked crazy..." Sadness flooded his voice. "Hey. Im okay now Ro." I cupped his cheek with my hand without even thinking. He blushed bright red and as soon as I realized what I did, I did too. I went to pull my hand away, but he put his over mine. "Virgil.. This may be a but sudden, but.. I like you. I think I... Love you.." He looked away, letting his hand drop from mine.

I moved my hand down to his chin and lifted his head to look at me. "You're not alone. I think I like you too. Im glad I didn't end up having to take your soul.." I smiled and so did he until it went to one of confusion. "Take my soul?" I froze. Shit. He didn't know. "That night I was hit by the car.. You were supposed to be hit and... Killed, but I took the blow." I explained. "I see.. So you saved me." He smiled, looking me in the eyes. "I guess I did." We sat like that for awhile. Staring into eachother's eyes, until he leaned in. I leaned in too, being centimeters apart from a tender kiss.

Then Remy fucking walked in. We pulled away quickly. "Forgot my starbies- what were you guys doing?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "N-nothing!" Roman and I both shouted at the same time. "Mhmm sure." Remy said before leaving the room again. Roman and I looked at eachother before laughing. "That was close." I said, rubbing my eyes. Roman nodded. I closed my eyes and smiled smalley. I guess Roman wanted that kiss, because he grabbed my face and kissed me quickly. I went wide eyed, but kissed back.

    We broke off slowly and stared into eachother's eyes. "Well you better get some rest V." I chuckled "ive been asleep four days apperently." Roman shrugged. "Then I need more. Scoot over." He pushed me over and laid next to me. I rolled to face him and buried my face in his chest with a sigh. He wrapped an arm around me and kissed my forehead. "Night V."

It was funny when I got that threat about if he stays sick then im screwed because I already had half this chapter done.
