Plot:

When the nicest family moves next door you're happy to not have to worry right? Your family brings them a housewarming gift and invites them over to the family BBQ to get acquainted. Life goes on, but when some neighbors start to die of unknown causes are you so happy now?

Alissa Bennett is a sweet and beautiful girl who seems to get along with everyone. She's excited to see that a new boy her age has moved into Mrs. Redford's old house.

Samuel Wesley is a lanky quiet introvert and he'd like to stay that way. It seems that everywhere his family moves the chaos follows and so he tries to stay to himself.

As Alissa wins over the friendship of Sam everyone around them seems to be dying or possibly murdered, which is what Alissa thinks is the case.

     The police finally rule out the deaths as murders and the community is shattered. The blame game pushes everyone to their limits threatening to rip apart the peaceful little town.

Alissa and Sam do their own investigating into the murders. After all, their families are a part of the neighborhood and they are not an exempt from  the possibility of a horrible fate or are they?

The romantic tension between the two of them starts to become apparent. Could her heart be clouding her judgment? Could it be that the monster they are desperately searching for is hiding in plain sight?

Their hope to find the killer seems to be dwindling, but when the stakes are raised after Alissa's dad is a suspect they have no other choice other than to continue on. Even if it means breaking and entering crime scenes.

Finding their first shred of evidence gives them a newfound confidence though it leaves them even more confused than they were to begin with.

Piece by piece as more clues are revealed to them the truth starts to work its way into existence and what's worse the killer is on to them.

One of them receives a death threat and though it scares them they more carefully continue on their search.

With school finally out and another body discovered Alissa's father is released from jail. She is glad to be reunited with him and they discontinue their investigation.

Some time passes and Sam can't sit back any longer. He talks Alissa into helping him look for the killer once again and on a random nightly patrol they see something they shouldn't have.

Now the killer is after them and taunting them at every turn. When Alissa gets a glimpse of who's behind the act they are deeply disturbed.

The now know who the killer is and what they have done, but where's their proof? The only thing they know is where the secrets are kept.

Do Sam and Alissa have what it takes to bring the killer to justice? Can Sam turn his back on someone he loves? Will the community ever recover from such horrific violence? You'll only know if you enter the Redford House.
