So I didn't shift last night. But I have been listening since like 8:05 am, my fingers are slightly twitchy, and so is one area on my face. I feel a small headache, dizzy, and like I could fall through the earth, or float above it, idk, it's a very cool feeling though. Won't be able to try shifting when I get home cause it's friday and I'll be with my mom the rest of the night, so I'll probably just listen as much as I can, and then try when I go to bed.

Okay so I was able to have some alone time when I got home, so I listened to some subs, and then tried to shift. So about 10 minutes in, I felt that shaking feeling again, but it went away after a bit. 25-35 minutes in, my breathing started getting heavier, and I felt like my right hand was being held, and my arms were completely numb. I could've probably shifted, or gotten close, if my mom didn't call me like 5 minutes later. Gonna try again tonight.

Gonna listen to a detachment sub, and then try to shift, and probably fall asleep.
