A dark chuckle vibrates through my body, like its playing on speakers or something, the bass so loud... But where's it coming from? It just gets louder and louder and louder... Until it's taunting me! I grab my head and cover my ears, it's all dark, I can't see so I squeeze my eyes shut, curling up in a ball on the cold, damp floor. But the evil laughter just gets louder and louder and louder... Until I can't take it, I'm shaking and a raw scream lets loose of my lungs. Then it stops...
"Raphael..."
I open my eyes.
"Leo?"
"Raph... Raph..."
I'm at my feet in an instant, but I still can't see.
"Leo where are you?" I shout and it echoes...
"Where are you... Are you... You..." Chills hands reach through me, making my whole body tremble in the cold, yet a bead of sweat trickles down my forehead, hairs standing on edge.
"I'm over here..." I feel breath on my neck and turn, but nothing's there.
"I'm over here Raph." I turn again in the voices direction.
"Raphael!"
"Raph!"
"Save me!"
"Where are you?!?" I shout out, starting in a run but I don't know where I'm going, darkness fills the void and my footsteps sound like elephants in this hollow space. My legs stop and lungs burn, I don't remember being this outta shape.
Silence.
"L-Leo?" A light flickers on in the distance and an image comes into view...
Shredder holds Leo by the throat, he just hangs, his skin tattered and beaten, eyes swollen, fingers broken, body soaked in blood.
So many emotions bomb me at once, I can't even gasp I'm so angry, hurt, dazed, shattered, I don't know what I feel, it's too real it's... I don't even know I just stare at my brothers dead body... Shredder chuckles, that's where the laughing was coming from... The devil.
I rush forward in heated rage, tears stinging my eyes, but cage bars stop me, how did they get here?
"You could have saved him... You could have saved all of them." He says, I fight against the cage but freeze as Shredder throws Loe's limp body down in front of me.
Sinking to my knees, I reach for him but he slips through my fingers like water. A gust of wind blasts me along with more laughter and I'm brought back, away from my brother.
