Randhir was attending a presentation but his mind was occupied by the fake girlfriend of his nowadays. He saw the flash of their rehearsal the peck, hugging styles and his lips had a smile on it.

Today the way she said how she wants to help him and her actions and the nicknames. His smile grew more wide he was snapped out of his world by the loud noise of the superior.

"Tell me what's so funny in this power point that you were smiling all the time and didn't hear your name called out?"

Huh. He didn't now what to reply. "I'm sorry" and he took the position.

As soon as the presentation was over Randhir ran from the conference room and took his keys and drove to his apartment to see the person who was reason for his distraction.

He rang the bell but no response. He took the duplicate one and enters to see the room  silent.

"Has she left? No ways she won't do that?"

His eyes fell on the couch "there she is" his mind mumbled.

He took steps towards her.

"Hey. "

"Hi" she said in a cold manner.

"Morning you were all excited to meet my family and now why are you looking low. "

"Ummm... Ummm.. I still can't believe you are that? "

"What? "

"You should have told me earlier. "She took a deep breath and looked at him.

Randhir sat beside her." What I should have told you? "

" You said we should know each other well but you hid things from me. I told everything about me including I ran away from my wedding and you.. I never expected it from you. "

"What did I do? "

"You don't look like that, still why is it so difficult for me to believe? "

"If you want to say something say it, don't confuse me with your dialogue delivery like a telly heroine. "

"I'll come straight to my point. Why you don't  want to marry? "

"Because I want to be free and enjoy life. I told you already. "

"Wrong answer. "

"Duh.. "

"Next question, how many girlfriends you had?"

"It shouldn't be your concern. "

"It is. If any of your ex comes and introduce as your past how will I react? "

"They won't come to my home. So no worries. "

"See you are hiding the truth and not letting it out. But I know the real reason behind your no marriage drama. "

Randhir got alerted. "How do you know because..."

"I know everything, don't worry it's safe with me. "

"Tell me so I too will know the reason behind me not getting married.  I too would like to know what is your new finding. "And he poured water to a glass and gulped

" If you are insisting then I'll reveal it which is known to you but still pretending to be ignorant.

Come near," he moved close to her.

" Bring you ear closer."

" Why?"

" It's a secret so . Duh..."

" Stupid it's just us so speak up. "

He again drank a mouthful of water

"OK. I know you will be shocked and wonder how I get to know. I know you like men."

"What the hell? "He choked the water and controlled his cough  and stood.

" See I expected the same reaction. But your secret is out all thanks to your answering machine."

She gave an assuring pat on his shoulder.

" See it's not what you think..." Before  he could complete

"Chocopie did Lindsay agreed to be your fake girlfriend. If no convince her and make your mom too believe. I'll be back next week. Don't miss me a lot. Bye chocopie. "

Sanyukta imitated all the lines.

"That's my fried Parth and... "

"Dude. Love is blind and can happen with anyone it's not a rule it should be with a girl. Don't be shy and I'm with modern thinking not like your mom.

Now I get it she is old fashioned and the enemy of your love. I'll act your girlfriend and make sure you get the freedom. I'll let you marry your Parth and give blessings too. "

" Oh lord. We don't share such a relationship. We are childhood friends and mom know us."

" I get it your mom is afraid of the society. Don't worry I'm there."

" Stop it. It's the truth I'm straight and I had girlfriends. Happy don't ask more than that. "

" So chocopie?"

" He calls me that to irritate and to glee from the girls my mom set up with for date. Happy."

" Then I'll go and change" with her usual energy.

"Wait "he called.

" What about yours?"

" What?"

" How many guys you had?"

" I didn't date anyone."

Randhir had an unbelievable look.

" Why?"

" I didn't find any guy who match my caliber. As in handsome, dashing, well settled and smart."

Randhir waves to her. And showed himself." Can't your see I'm all that but unfortunately your fake one."

" Huh. I said handsome dashing not arrogant and jerk. This time too you want to show me your superior complex." She moved to her room.

He shook his head thinking who he asked.

Sanyukta was smiling and her mind mumbled. You are hot guy and went to change.

Randhir moved to his room and removed the shirt and was looking for another one.

The door got opened widely and enters his pretend girlfriend and she stopped her tracks seeing the scene in front of her. She gulped hard and saw everywhere except him.

"Don't look at his chest. Don't betray me my puppy eyes. Don't think he is hot. How dumb he is hot it won't change. Still don't think of him and say what you want to and get out before you faint of short of oxygen. "
