Chapter 6: meet the Water alchemist… Yuuki jade

Ed’s p.o.v

When we arrived at central HQ colonel mustang was outside waiting for us.

‘Oh great,’ I thought when he saw us walking up.

“So you must be Kari Mizuno,” he started to say “I am Roy Mustang.  But everyone here calls me, colonel mustang.” Mustang walked up and smiled and started up again “I hear you need a place to stay. Well, lucky for you fullmetal here has asked that we provide you with one,” he looked over at me and I gave him a look

‘He’s so smug!’ I thought angrily

“Let’s go to my office. We will explain everything there,”

We went to Mustang’s office and sat down as he asked Kari a LOT of questions most of which she could not answer or answered with an “I don’t know,”

‘This’ll be a while’

Kari’s p.o.v

Colonel mustang asked me a bunch of questions most of which I didn’t answer cuz they were about my family and I didn’t remember much about them

“Well,” he began “based on your answers I will give you a guardian to see that you are safe…” he pushed a button on the intercom and said

“Hawkeye may you send the water alchemist to my office please I have a ‘mission’ for her” it was silent for a moment then a scratchy reply came up

“She is on her way now,”

“Thank you.” Moments later and the door swung open and a girl with brown eyes, blonde hair stepped in and said

“I'm here sir, what is the mission,” she looked at me and gasped “KARI?!! KARI MIZUNO?!!!!!!!” I looked at her confused and replied

“Yes? That is me… and what’s your name?” she looked at me shocked

“It’s me Yuuki… Yuuki Jade… you used to call me this ANNOYING nickname… Yuk…” she looked familiar for some reason

“Well, well,” mustang cut in “since you two already seem to know each other I’ll just cut to the chase… Yuuki you will be Kari’s guardian for the time being… until we can test her on her skills” Yuuki nodded and grabbed my arm, Ed and Al followed us

“So Kari,” Yuuki started “what happened? You look like you don’t remember me…” she looked at me sadly

“That's cuz she doesn’t” Ed told her

“WHAT HAPPENED,” she yelled and I broke and told her everything I told Ed and AL.

“So you probably don’t remember this…” she said when i was done telling her everything. she took out a locket that was shaped like a sun and opened it. Inside it was a picture of two girls… one looked like me and the other looked Yuuki..! My body started pulsing and my head began to hurt as I gazed upon it… I froze… I heard voices but couldn’t reply to them…

“Kari?? Kari?!! KAT?!!!!! SNAP OUT OF IT!!!” someone shook my body… I didn’t reply to whoever was calling my name… I couldn’t… I drifted back… back to memories I couldn’t remember before…

Kate: nya?!! <o.o>

Kari: … *out cold still*

Yuuki: *shaking Kari* get up!

Ed: *yelling at Kari* GET UP KAT!!!

Al: *helping out by getting cold water and pouring it on Kari repeatedly*

Kate: … ugh! I have nothing else to say except this- see you in chapter 7 '<-.->
