Chapter 5: new begging starts here

Kari p.o.v

A day passed and Ed had gotten me a room like he said. He also told me that ether he or Al would pick me up when I got released.

~TIME SKIP~ 25 min. later...

I signed out and headed for the exit. A rush of warm summer air hit my face as the door opened, I saw Ed and Al across the way when I stepped out in the sun light. Al was the first to notice me walk out

“Oh! Kari, you are better!” he rushed up pulling Ed along

“... Yea…” I gave them a slit smile Ed just looked at me plainly and huffed…

“d-did I do something wrong to upset Ed?” I asked Al

“I don’t know…”

Ed’s p.o.v

We were outside of the hospital waiting when Kari came out

““Oh! Kari, you are better!” Al grabbed my arm and dragged me as he rushed to see how Kari was… She looked upset for some reason…

“... Yea…” she gave us a slit smile I just looked at her and thought

‘Something has to be wrong… she looks sad and confused for some reason…’ then I heard Kari say something to Al I’m not quite sure what but I knew it was about my staring so I stopped and said

“Well, colonel mustang said you could have a room… but you had to see him first…” she shuttered

“Uh-uh-uh…..” that is all she could say before I offered something

“Want us to stay with you? I-I mean to see what he wants is all!” I started to blush, Kari just giggled

“Sure! That is kind of you, “she smiled and the three of us walked off

Kari: *blushing*…..

Ed: wow Kat your face is RED!

Kari: leave me alone!

Ed: touchy, touchy!

Al: b-brother… *moves away*
