On the third day no one died.
Me and Patrica were walking through the arena all day and keeping ourselves warm.

Then the fourth day came.
Me and Patricia got some packs from the sponsors that helped us survive.
Suddenly when we were walking on the frozen sea we saw a huge fire wall behind us.
"Patricia, run!" I yelled.
We both started running, I saw that in a distance the careers were also running away from the fire.
I quickly felt that the ice under us was melting because of the fire. Patricia was much ahead from me when I fell into the cold water trough the cracked ice.
I remembered that the water was poisonous so even though I was drowning I didn't open my mouth so the water doesn't get into my body.
I tried to swim but it was hopeless because my body was turning weaker because of the freezing water.

Then I slowly closed my eyes.

I woke up in a empty big room. There were many boxes that were spoussed to hide me from other tributes.
Surprisingly I didn't feel much pain in my body.
"Oh, you're awake." I heard a not familiar voice. I looked up and saw a black skinned woman with dark short hair. One of her eyes was blue and the other green. She had a purple jacket and sliver jumpsuit underneath.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"I'm Iris, District 9." She answered.
"What happened?"
"You fell into the sea while running away from the fire wall. I managed to save you after your sister died trying." She explained.
I was shocked, Patricia wanted to save me and died.
I didn't say anything, I just hided my face in my hands so Iris doesn't see my tears.
"I'm sorry, Dominic." She said.
"How long I was out?" I asked.
"Two days."
"Sponsors sent you medicine that I put on your injuries." Iris added.
"Thank you." I replied.

I noticed that there she saved my axe from drowning, there wasn't my backpack anywhere but Patricia's was, Iris also had her own. Iris also had a sword.

"Who else died while I was out?" I asked.
"Eric from 1, Sam from 6 and Francis from 9." She replied.

There are 7 people left.

Me and Iris went outside and heard a communicate.
"Attention Tributes! There will be a special package waiting for each of you in the Cornucopia!"
"Probably water. It's really hard to get one of those." Iris said.
"Should we go there? Everyone is going to go." I answered.
"Maybe only one of us should go. The other will take care of the supplies." She suggested.
"Okay, I'll go."

I have decided to trust Iris. I left her all the stuff except my axe. I needed my axe to defend myself.
I went to the Cornucopia and when the path was clear I went to grab the bag with number 8 and 9.
Emil from District 4 attacked me from behind and pinned me to the ground.  he put tried to cut my throat with his knife but he didn't realize that I had an axe. I put the axe into his stomach and he screamed from pain. I got up and took my weapon out. As Emil still tried to get up, I cut off his head and cannon fired. I quickly took his bag.
I heard another cannon in the distance but I carried on going back to Iris.
I noticed Poppy form 2 near a dead body of Iris. Poppy was trying to steal our supplies when I grabbed her by her neck and pinned on the ground.
"Did you kill her?!" I yelled fuoris.
"Yes." Poppy said terrified.
"What was her name?!"
"Iris!" She answered and I broke her neck with one move.
A cannon fired.

I found a shelter in one of the ships. I lighted a fire and looked through my supplies.
I had Emil, Poppy, Iris's supplies and mine.
In Emily's there was bread, in Poppy's medicine, in Iris's and my there was water.

Later I saw the fallen tributes on the sky, those were Emil, Poppy and Iris.

There are 4 people left on the arena.
