There's even a bunch of fan made trailers. This fanfic has a fandom. I'm not joking. 

Anywho, this is is just such an amazing story. Frank and Gerard are both patients in a mental institution. Frank is a rape victim and Gerard has hallucinations. I really don't want to give away much more than that, but just know that you will cry your heart out for days.

This is just so good honestly I can't rave about it enough.
