You hold your coat closer to you as it's snowing in San Fransokyo. As you're walking you can see your breath in the cold air and you smile slightly.

Tadashi, your boyfriend, had texted you to meet him at the 'Nerd Lab' for some extraordinary work of surprise. You had no idea what he wanted to show you; you knew he was working on something but he didn't even let you see what he was making.

Tadashi's University comes in sight and you walk up the steps and into the building quickly. As you enter, you unbutton your coat and then walk up the stairs heading to the robotics lab.

You open up the door and are greeted by Wasabi who is packing up his things.

"Hey," you say, slightly shivering.

"Hey, (Y/N)! Cold outside?" Wasabi jokes.

You smile and nod and he laughs while he picks up his bag and puts it over his shoulder.

"Tadashi is just in his office." Wasabi says.

"I didn't even ask yet," you say.

"(Y/N), you're his girlfriend. Besides, he's been talking about you all day."

"Really?"

"Yeah," Wasabi smiles, "it got a bit annoying after a while."

You laugh and Wasabi waves goodbye before leaving the lab. You take off your gloves and then knock on Tadashi's laboratory door before the door opens and you're suddenly pulled inside.

"H-hey!" You say, a bit surprised.

The lights are off but you can still make out Tadashi in the room. You walk over to him and he wraps an arm around your waist before he presses a button on a small device and the lights turn on.

"Tah-dah!!" He says with a smile.

You look in front of you to see a small red box and you frown slightly.

"A box?" You say.

"Just watch." Tadashi says and then pinches your arm.

"Ow! Tadashi!"

He smiles and chuckles a little before the red box suddenly opens and something starts to inflate.

You stare as the object inflates into a human-sized robot looking A.I. It stares at you for a while and then it steps out of the box and waves it's hand.

"Hello. I am Baymax; your personal Healthcare companion." Says the A.I.

You smile and sneak a glance over at Tadashi who is smiling like an idiot. He looks at you quickly as well before you turn to look back at Baymax.

"On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your pain?" The A.I. says.

"Just a 1. I'm ok." You reply.

Baymax tilts his head and then says he's going to scan you.

"Oh no it's fi-"

"Scanning complete."

You sigh and wait as Baymax continues to care for your 'injury' on your arm. After he finishes Tadashi looks at you walking next to Baymax.

"What do you think?"

"Great. Tadashi, he's amazing!" You say with a smile.

"I cannot deactivate unless you say you are satisfied with your care." Says Baymax.

"I am satisfied with my care."

Baymax walks back over to the red box and slowly starts to deactivate.

"He's a pretty big A.I." You say.

"Yeah, I was going for an approachable, huggable type." Tadashi replies.

"Great idea. He's a clever bot; you've done great."

"All thanks to the chip I programed into him. Took some time to fill it up with all medical care and assistance, but I finally got it done. What do you think Hiro will think of him?"

"Hiro? I'm sure he'll love it. Besides, he knows much more about all this technical stuff than me." You say.

Tadashi smiles gently and then takes hold of your hand, but then suddenly you hear a growl and raise an eyebrow at Tadashi.

"Did you even eat dinner?" You say.

"Uhm..." Tadashi mumbles.

You laugh and then give him a quick peck on the lips.

"Come on then. Food is on me."

Tadashi smiles and kisses you again before grabbing his coat and holding your hand.
