Henry sits at the table in Regina's office looking between the Hero and Villians book and the Once Upon a Time book twirling the Author's pen in his hand.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice is sitting next to him as they talk about Henry becoming the new author. You, though, are standing by the door without them knowing; watching them to see what they'll decide.

"I could bring my father back," Henry says.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice sighs and tells him that he can't bring someone who died back to life. He tells Henry that he must be reasonable with the power that he now possesses.

You lean in waiting to see what Henry will do. Is he going to change something? Give Regina her happy ending?* Make someone pay for what they've done?

Henry stares at the pen in his hand before he decides to snap it in half. The Sorcerer's Apprentice smiles.

"I think we've finally found the right Author." He says.

You smile and then turn and leave the office before they notice that you're there.

You're sitting on Henry's bed reading one of his comics waiting for him to come home.

Suddenly you hear the front door open and Emma greets Henry with a; "Hey, Kid". He walks up the steps to his room and then stops when he sees you.

"Hey," you smile.

"Hi." Henry says.

He puts his bag down next to his bed and then goes to sit next to you but you jump at him and hug him.

He freezes for a second before he hugs you back.

"You seem happy." Henry chuckles.

You smile and hug him tighter.

"I am." You say.

Henry pulls back to look at you.

"Why?"

You bite your lip and then decide to tell him.

"I was listening to you and the Sorcerer's Apprentice earlier..." You begin, "and, well, I'm just really happy about your decision."

"On braking the pen?" He asks.

"Yeah," you nod, "it makes me happy."

Henry smiles and kisses your forehead like he always does.

"When you're happy, that makes me happy." He says with a smile.

You smile back amd hug him again before you and Henry get called downstairs by Emma.

*I'm sorry but can we talk about this? Henry, Regina, and Emma created Operation Mongoose so that Regina would get the Author to give her a happy ending. Now, I always thought it was a bad idea because if Doctor Who taught me anything; you don't mess with the past because it affects the future. But then Henry becomes the Author and I immediately think; "Oh, now Regina can have her happy ending because he's going to give it to her, right?" I guess not since he broke the pen. Geez, Henry. You had one job!
