You're running through a dark forest during night time. You're running away from something, maybe someone, but you don't know who or what. Suddenly you reach a cliff and the figure behind you turns you around. He's green and has frizzy hair. He laughs wickedly and then stabs you and pushes you off the cliff.

You wake up with a jolt. You look around you to see white walls and a beeping sound. Where are you?

You lift up your hand but it gets tugged back by a chord which is connected to a plastic object on your ring finger. You look around and see that you're in a separate room with a glass door. You're in a hospital.

You stare out of the door to see a group of people outside. There's a tall blonde hair woman, and a boy with brown hair, there's another woman with black hair, and a man dressed in black leather. Two more people suddenly enter the outside room; a woman and a man. They're pushing a pram and look worried.

Who are these people? What hospital exactly are you in?

The boy with brown hair looks into your room and when he makes eye contact with you his face lights up. You see him shout to the group of people and they all turn to look at you.

They smile with joy and the boy runs over to your room, opening the door and rushing inside.

"(Y/N)!" He shouts, "you're awake!"

(Y/N)? Who's (Y/N)? Who is this boy?

The blonde haired and black haired woman walk inside the room and smile at you. They both stand on opposite sides of the boy.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" Says the blonde woman.

"I... I'm not sure," you respond honestly.

She smiles gently and nods.

"I understand. You can stay here until you feel better."

"Of course not," says the black haired woman, "she should come home with us and Henry."

Henry? Henry... you think you know the name, but who is he?

"Regina, (Y/N) should stay in the hospital a little longer before coming home." Says the blonde haired woman.

The woman with black hair sighs. So she's Regina? You're so confused.

"What's your name?" You ask the blonde woman.

She looks at you weirdly at first and then laughs it off.

"Nice one (Y/N), it's Emma." She laughs.

Emma... you know this name too. But you don't remember these faces. Who are these people in relation to you?

The boy laughs also and takes hold of your hand. He must be close to you.

"You remember my name, right?" He jokes.

You remember Regina, you think, say the name Henry, so it's worth a shot.

"Henry?" You ask.

He smiles and nods.

"See, you know who we are." Henry smiles.

"Who are you?" You ask.

Henry's smile fades and he stares at you.

"(Y/N), you can stop joking with us now."

"I'm not joking," you reply.

"(Y/N) it's Emma, Regina, and Henry," says the blonde haired woman, Emma, "your family."

You look at their faces, but no matter how hard you stare or how hard you repeat their names in your head, you can't remember them.

"My family?"

They all nod.

"So... Henry is my brother?"

Regina huffs and Henry looks pale.

"No," Emma says.

"(Y/N), I'm your boyfriend." Says Henry.

What? Boyfriend? You have a boyfriend? You feel a bit freaked out so you slide your hand out of Henry's hold, and when you do he looks heartbroken.

"You don't remember us?" Henry says through some tears.

You shake your head.

"Sorry..." you say.

Emma turns around and looks out to the other room. The men dressed in black leather looks at her too but with worry. Emma walks out and up to the man and starts talking. Suddenly him and the other two people gape and the other woman begins to cry.

"This is impossible," says Regina, "maybe a spell will help you remember."

"Spell?" You say.

Henry and Regina widen their eyes.

"(Y/N)," says Regina slowly, "how far back do you remember?"

You furrow your brows and think. Well, for one you didn't know that your name was (Y/N) until they started calling you that. You do remember being a passenger in a car driving up a road leading to a forest, but then you remember that it crashed.

You tell Regina and Henry what you remember and Regina looks down in sadness.

"It's worse than I thought." She says.

"(Y/N)," Henry speaks, "that car crash happened when you first arrived here in Storybrooke. So you're saying that you don't remember anything of the past year?"

Year?! What happened to you that you can't remember a whole year of your life?

"I've been here for a year?" You ask.

Henry nods.

You think again. There must be something else that you remember.

"Wait," you say, "I remember something."

Regina and Henry listen intently. Regina waves in Emma and she walks in not that long after with the man and older couple pushing the pram.

"(Y/N), this is Mary and David," says Emma pointing to the older couple, "they're my parents. And this is Killian, my-"

"Her boyfriend." The man, Killian, says.

Emma nods.

You nod slowly as well and then sit up.

"I remember a dark forest with very high trees," you say.

"The Enchanted Forest?" Says Mary.

Regina nods.

You continue; "and I was running away from a man. He was trying to kill me. He had green skin and frizzy hair, and his laugh was maniacal."

"Gold." Says Regina.

"Never trust the crocodile." Says Killian.

"That's all I remember. I'm sorry." You say.

Everyone nods.

"Ok, I'll go look in his shop. Maybe there's something there that can help us." Says Emma, "Killian and Regina come with me?"

They nod and stand up.

"I'll go back home with Henry; try to find something that can help (Y/N) with her memory." Says David.

Emma nods and everyone begins to leave.

"Wait, I'll stay here with (Y/N)." Says Mary.

Emma nods and walks out with Regina and Killian. David kisses Mary before leaving with Henry.

Henry looks at you before he leaves and something inside of you makes you feel heartbroken.

Mary sits on the side of the bed, holding onto the pram.

"Do you remember him?" She asks, pointing to the baby.

You look at him and shake your head.

"He's Neal; mine and David's son. We've only just had him recently, so I don't expect you to know him."

"You're Emma's mother?" You ask.

Mary nods with a smile.

"But you both look the same age." You say.

Mary smiles.

"Well, it's a long story."

"I've got time." You say.

"That's what you said when you first asked me." Mary smiles.

You smile slightly and Mary tells you everything. At first it's hard to believe, but Mary and the others seem so nice that you feel like you have to trust them.

During some of the conversation Mary let you hold Neal; apparently it was your first time holding him. You wish you knew him better.

Before long it was night time so Mary left you to sleep. You had the same nightmare from last time and when you woke up the next morning Henry just entered the hospital.

He walks into your room and sits down. He's holding something in his hand.

"What's that?" You ask.

"It's a story book. David and I thought it'll help you remember."

Henry hands you the book and you open it and begin to read it. Half way through you see that the characters look like Mary and David, so Henry explains it to you.

Mary said the same thing yesterday, so you find it easier listening to Henry. Then you see Regina, and Killian, and a boy named Peter Pan. You definitely remember him. Henry was happy that you remembered something.

Then as you turned the page you saw yourself in the picture. You froze.

"What?" You said quietly.

Henry looks at you, biting his lip.

"(Y/N) you come from the Enchanted Forest. In that time you were known as Princess (Y/N)."

You stare at the page. The story tells you that you were running through the forest at night time when it was raining, and you came across a castle, but the Queen didn't think that you were a Princess. The King let you in but you had a bad sleep because the Queen put an enchanted pea on the bottom of your mattress so that you would have a terrible sleep.

Apparently you ran away from home. Your mother had died and not long after your father remarried, he died also. Your step mother was abusive so you ran away.

The story book also says that you were taken to Neverland by the shadow, and you lived there for some time. That's why you remember Peter so easily.

You continue reading the book and once you've finished you put it down on the bed and breathe in, looking at Henry.

You stare at him, from his hair to his eyes, then to his cheeks to his mouth. You look at him all over but you can't remember him. He said he was your boyfriend, and you've been here for a year, so you decide to ask him some questions.

"Henry, how long have we been together?"
"A couple of months now," he says, "you were actually going to move in with me and Regina."

You nod. Regina and Emma are Henry's mothers, so you now understand things a bit more clearly.

"And Mr Gold is Rumplestilskin?"

"Yes."

Suddenly some memories flood back to you.

"Wait," you say.

Henry perks up.

"What is it?" He asks.

"Mr Gold... I remember." You say.

"Remember what?"

"I was at his store. I needed something, I think I was getting a gift, I'm not sure. He suggested that I buy the snow globe with the glass castle inside of it, and when I went to grab it I blacked out. Next thing I knew I was here."

"You did say you wanted to get something for Neal." Henry says, "You were also happy that the Snow Queen's curse was over. Actually, just the day after we found you unconscious Belle ordered Mr Gold to leave Storybrooke."

You're shocked, but that day becomes more clearer. You do remember the snow globe, and you remember Neal more now.

Henry takes out his phone and dials a number.

"Mum? It's Henry. (Y/N) remembers buying a snow globe with a glass castle inside of it from Mr Gold the day before he left Storybrooke."

The conversation goes on for a little bit longer, and then Henry hangs up and looks at you. He holds your hand but this time you don't let go.

"My mum is on her way." Henry says.

You smile and you both wait until Emma, Regina, Mary, David, and Killian come to the hospital. They all stand inside your room and Regina holds out the snow globe.

"Is this it?" She asks.

You nod.

Regina then takes out a small bottle containing a red potion, and she sprinkles it on the snow globe.

"Hold onto this, and don't let go." She says.

You nod and take the snow globe into your hands. In an instant memories come flooding back to you.

You remember your life in the Enchanted Forest, and the car crash when you first arrived here. You also remember meeting Emma and Killian at the docks, which allowed you to meet Henry as well.

You remember the first time he asked you out on a date; it was to help you with Operation Mongoose. You smile when you remember him telling you that he loves you, and your first kiss.

You even remember every curse you encountered, and every bad day and every time you were kidnapped or in danger.

Every single memory reawakens and then you remember your latest one;

You walk over to Mary's house. Henry asked you to go there because he wanted to ask you something.

You were excited. What was he going to ask you? You've only been dating a couple of months now.

You reach the house and knock on the door and you are greeted by Mary.

"(Y/N)! Nice to see you." She says, giving you a big hug.

You laugh and hug her back.

"Henry wanted to meet me. Apparently I'm going to be asked something." You say.

Mary raises an eyebrow.

"Don't you two even think about it; you're too young for marriage!" She laughs.

You laugh back but blush anyway. Mary brings you inside and you freeze when you see David, Emma, Regina, Killian, and Henry.

Henry smiles and waves at you and you laugh and wave back.

"What's this?" You ask.

"Well I needed the approval from my mum's, and everyone wanted to know your answer." Henry says.

"Oh yes we do." Says Belle, walking out from the bathroom.

You laugh.

"Any other surprise visitors?" You ask.

"Just one." Says Robin from behind you, making you jump.

He smiles at you then walks over to the rest. Henry steps forward.

"Well, here it goes." He says, "So (Y/N) I know that you don't have any parents and have been staying with Belle, but I was thinking of staying with Regina for a while and... well..."

"Come on, mate." Says Killian behind him.

Henry smiles and scratches the back of his head.

"(Y/N) do you want to move in with my mum and I?" Henry says.

You gape your mouth and everyone smiles.

"Is this for real?" You say.

"For real." Henry replies.

You smile so widely you think you're going to crack your face.

"Yes!!" You say excitedly.

Henry smiles and everyone claps. You run over to Henry and hug him, then pull back and kiss him.

All the girls "awh" but the guys just pretend to barf and look away.

This is the best day of your life.

Suddenly Regina grabs the snow globe and then looks at you.

"Did it work?" She says.

You look at her, then at everyone, then at Henry. As soon as your eyes land on him you smile and he smiles back.

"Henry," you say happily.

Henry smiles widely and hugs you and you hug him back. You can't believe that you ever forgot him. You love him.

"I love you," you say.

"I love you too, (Y/N)." Henry replies.

Now even the guys say "awh".
