It had been a week since the giant ghost had attacked the school. Of course, many other ghosts attacked as well and your boyfriend, Danny Phantom, saved everyone. But he still hasn't told you who he really is.

Danny Fenton is Danny Phantom. You confirmed your theory of this when you saw Danny transform from ghost back to human. Also, Sam and Tucker are helping Danny with all the ghost attacks.

You know this is selfish thinking, but how come Danny trusts Sam and Tucker enough to tell them his secret but not you? You're his girlfriend; you two should tell each other everything.

Well, you do, but you wish he would tell you his biggest secret; him being Danny Phantom. Although, his parents don't know either. Not even Jasmine. Maybe there's a reason behind it.

You sigh and push your face into your pillow. Every night since you found out the truth about Danny, you've been constantly wondering why he hasn't told you the truth, which leads to you not being able to sleep.

Before long, though, it's morning and you get ready for school. You take the bus to Casper High and thank the bus driver once you reach the school grounds.

As you walk across the path heading for the front door of the school, Sam runs over to you and hits you playfully on the arm. You two welcome each other this way, but you're too tired to do it back.

"Hey, (Y/N)." Sam smiles.

"Hi, Sam." You reply.

"How are you?"

You groan. Sam knows what that groan means; you're way too tired to think about yourself. She's been that way as well, so she knows not to ask any further questions about yourself.

"Where's Tucker?" You ask, "Shouldn't he be here by now?"

"Oh, um," Sam scratches the back of her neck.

You mentally roll your eyes. She's trying to cover up for Danny again. Let me guess, a ghost attacked Danny on the way to school with Tucker and now they're both trying to get the ghost in Danny's thermos. They sent Sam to distract you from going to find them.

"Tucker's wheel on his bike blew so he might be late for school."

"And Danny?"

"He's with Tucker, you know, helping him with his bike."

You were right.

You just nod and go to class with Sam. At recess Danny and Tucker have finally come to school and Danny greets you with a kiss, then he holds your hand and walks you over to a table where Sam is already seated.

"How's your bike, Tucker?" You ask as you sit down.

"My bike?" He asks.

Gotcha.

"Yeah, I heard your wheel blew. Did you get it fixed?"

"My wheel didn't blo- OW!"

From under the table Sam kicks Tucker. He looks at her and she gives him a look which Tucker knows all too well.

"I mean, uh, yeah. I got it fixed."

"Yeah? How'd you fix it?" You ask.

"Um, I, uh, got my Dad to help me."

Sam immediately sighs.

"Oh? I thought Danny helped you fix your bike." You say.

Danny looks at Sam and she gives him the same look she gave Tucker.

"Isn't that why you two were late for school?" You ask.

"Yes." Danny says, "But we needed some help from Tucker's Dad."

"Y-yeah, that's right!" Tucker speaks.

You just nod and eat your apple. You almost had them. You love Danny, you really do, but you just wish he would tell you who he is already.

You know you could just tell him that you already know, but you want him to tell you himself. When he's ready. Whenever he's ready you'll be waiting. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long.

It's been about two months now since you decided to let Danny tell you who he is on his own accord. You've been supportive, nevertheless, and Sam and Tucker have almost slipped up on some occasions.

By supportive you've been patient with Danny. If you're present when a ghost attack happens, you do everything you can to help out Danny, and when the ghost is finally defeated you thank him.

After time Danny has noticed how much you've been helping him and he allows your assistance. You and Danny Phantom have become good friends. Sam and Tucker still help, but if they get held up you jump in to help Danny.

In fact, Danny sometimes asks for your help whenever he needs it. When a ghost attacked the cafeteria he told you to get everybody out of the school, when a ghost was attacking him he got you to use the thermos, and he even let you be bait once.

It wasn't that dangerous, to be honest, but you remember how Danny looked when he got you to be the bait; he was so worried his lip was trembling. That's something you'll never forget.

But today was different, because it wasn't just a ghost attacking the school but an enemy of Danny's. It was Skulker.* He was here in the intention of actually killing Danny. There was something about "leaving me behind" or "betraying my trust" so now Skulker wants Danny dead.

You're currently on the rooftop of Casper High, thermos in hand, and waiting for Danny's signal. Skulker is chasing Danny around the school, where Danny plans on leading him up onto the rooftop.

You're crouching by an air conditioner and waiting patiently. They'll come any second now and you'll suck Skulker up in the thermos and it will all be over. Right?

Suddenly, Danny flies up above the rooftop with Skulker behind him. They're moving around too much for you to accurately aim the thermos at Skulker. You don't want to accidentally get Danny instead.

They continue to fly around in circles until Skulker grabs Danny and starts to attack him. He punches Danny but Danny can't block his hits and gets throw towards the rooftop. It was such a violent throw that once Danny impacts with the rooftop the area around him indents and begins to crumble.

Skulker flies down and hovers above him; raising his hand to defeat Danny with a final blow. This is your chance; he's standing still! You quickly get up and run over to the both of them.

"Hey!" You shout, getting Skulker's attention.

He turns to you and gets angry.

"What do you want, human?"

"I want my boyfriend!" You say, and point the thermos at Skulker.

He doesn't have time to react before you open the lid and he gets sucked inside. As soon as he's completely inside the thermos, you close the lid and then kneel down to Danny.

"Are you ok?" You ask.

"Yeah," Smiles Danny and hovers up.

You smile as well and Danny goes to say something else but then suddenly the indent that was made in the rooftop crumbles even more. The side that you're standing on brakes off of the roof itself and you begin to fall.

"(Y/N)!" Shouts Danny, and he swoops down to save you.

You scream as you fall down the broken piece of rooftop, not being able to grab a hold of anything, especially with the thermos in your hand. As you reach the end of the piece of rooftop your leg hits a protruding pipe, which knocks you to the left and you fall off.

The thermos slips from your hand and starts falling to the ground with you, but Danny finally catches up with you and holds you in his arms, luckily grabbing the thermos as well.

You grip onto Danny's shoulders and he flies down to the ground and puts you down, but your leg is injured from the pipe so you continue to hold onto Danny.

"Oh my gosh, (Y/N). You're ok!" He says and hugs you.

You hug him back as your breathing slowly turns back to normal. Danny pulls back to look at your face and then leans in and kisses you.

You're a bit taken back at first, he's never kissed you so passionately before, but you melt into the kiss and kiss him back with as much passion.

Danny brakes away to breathe and you start panting again. Then suddenly his eyes grow wide and he looks down at himself; obviously realizing that he looks like Danny Phantom not Danny Fenton.

"I, uh, I can explain," He stutters.

You just silence him with another kiss and then smile at him.

"It's ok. I know it's you, Danny." You say.

"You do? How did you find out?"

"You were always not around during a ghost invasion and Sam and Tucker are terrible liers. Besides, your last name is Fenton, it wasn't that hard to piece together."

Danny is a little bit impressed with you and smiles.

"So that's why you were helping me?" He asks.

You nod.

"I wanted you to tell me who you were when you were ready."

"I'm sorry it took me so long."

"It's ok," you say, taking Danny's hand in yours, "I understand."

Danny smiles at you again and pecks you on the lips.

"I love you, (Y/N)." He says.

"I love you too, Danny Phantom."
