Y/n's POV-

When I got to first period with Jacob I noticed that he acted kinda strange. He would randomly let out a small giggle that he would try to hide and was way more happy."what's with you?" I asked as he stops smiling and looks at me like he been shaken out a trance."what do you mean?"
"I mean why are you acting so different? All that smiling, and what for?"
"Oh I have a step dad!"
He didn't really look happy when he said that but I believe him I guess."um ok then. Congrats" I replied.

During lunch me, Jacob, and Emma were waiting on em. He usually wasn't late to lunch, almost one of the first ones to be here.
After a bit we saw him kinda run over to us. As soon as he got here he hugged Jacob. He looked confused but returned the hug. He turned to me and Emma realizing we existed.
Then hugged us. I don't know what gotten into him but I was happy to be hugged by him.i noticed that Jacob had combed his hair. Wait a minute, JACOB combed his hair?!?
"Who are you?!"
I yelled at Jacob.
"What??"
"Your hair is combed!!"
Emma then gasped. He NEVER combed his hair. He would wash it then leave it messy.
"Uh um my step dad made me"
Mhmm ok then.

In fifth period I was alone.I was doodling and overheard guys behind me talking.
Guy 1:ever sense I found out I was gay I was scared as hell. But don't worry you'll get through it.
Guy2: do you have any advice on how I can come out to my friends? I have to tell them soon, they are getting suspicious. I keep giggling and stuff.
Guy 3: I'm straight but all I have to say is that you come out to your friends when your ready. I'm sure they'll except you for who you are.
Guy 1: yep and if they don't expect you that's they're loss.
I east-dropped on the whole conversation. Wait Jacob is giggly too. I need to meet this "step dad" to make sure he's not lying.
After school I jogged to jacob's house so I can get they're before he does.  I knock on the door once then I swung open. I look inside to see a weird looking guy passed out on the couch. I shove him to wake him up.
"Helllo!!"I shouted. He opened his eyes,"who are you?"
Ignored his question."are you jacobs step dad??"
"About to be. Are you his girlfriend?"
I got surprised by his question. I would never date him! I don't mean that in a bad way but still!
"Uh no."I told him.he got up and stood in front of me a little too close."well we have the whole house to ourselfs before he gets here huh..."he says that in a seductive voice. Of course I didn't fall for it. How gross!! How dare this monster looking ass guy hit on a high schooler?! "No because I'm leaving you sick twist." I turn to the door then he grabs the back of my neck collar."not until I have my fun." He said sternly."you mother.." then I rip my collars out his hands which ripped a little then slapped as hard as I could. I dart out the door yelling"RAAAAAAAPE" as I pass jacob. He looked furious when he heard me; I see him hurry into his house. By then I was more than halfway down the road.

After I got inside my house my mom was talking to one of her friends Christine. I started walking to my room when I heard my mom ask,"why is your face slightly red and your collar ripped?" I twist my shirt then pull collar to look at the rip."why is there a mark on your neck??" She asked worried and mad. Her friend looked insane. IF looks could kill she would've killed me by the minute.

"Jacobs weirdo step dad-" then she interrupted me.
"Christine dear, babysit?"
"Of course"

My mom went to her room then came out. I could tell she didn't care about hiding the gun in her purse for she just held it in her hand.I texted Jacob to stay in his room for 30 minutes or so. He said ok and asked why but I didn't respond. Then my mom told me to be good then slammed the door.

Christine then spoke."so y/n....do you know the wifi password?"

Wow😂 I'm Christine right there omg. I need wifi to learn more about history and physics of the earth n stuff. lol how TF did I clean and write this at the same time? Idek. Btw what's on YOUR Christmas list?
