Shivika along with Om were returning home in car.

Om- Shivaay,I've discussed with the Dr about the surgery. (Interrupted)

S - shhhh.(he bent down to check whether annika was awake)

But she was asleep already with her head stuck to his chest and her hand wrapped around his abdomen while his hands were fixed through her shoulders securely.

Om- shivaay,don't you think that we must tell her everything?

S- no Om, (admiring her).She shouldn't face any sorrow ,her life should be peaceful and happy.(pinning out her duppata and making her comfortable while she strengthened her grip on him)She has already faced many problems,I don't want to be her next problem.Promise me that you won't tell anything to anyone at home,not even to Rudy.

Om- but shivaay...

S- plss Om.

Om- promise.(nodding)

The trio went home and decided not to disclose anything to the family.

The next day morning

After freshing up ,annika came out to find her room empty.

A- ye shivaay kahan hai?

Then when she went to the dining room she was baffled to find him having his breakfast as from the day they got married he would always wait for her and they used to have breakfast together. But today's incident was confusing her.Thinking that he would have been hungry,she shrugged off her thoughts and took a seat beside him.Within few seconds he got up and left the place which automatically brought a hurted frown on her face.Om who noticed all this was mentally scolding his brother.

After some time in shivika's room

A- where are you leaving?

S- college aur kahan.

A- no ,take some rest you aren't fully recovered yet.Rest at home atleast for 2 days.

S- why?I should be the one to decide,what to do and what not.

He said sternly which shook her as she hasn't witnessed this kind of behaviour from him.She composed herself and spoke.

A- fine,did you take your medicines?(looking at him)

S- yes.

He answered while moving and left from there. That's it she was hurt badly,she just turned back and stood still trying to analyse the reason for his behaviour,not noticing the man standing behind and watching her silently with the same pain rolling through his heart while screaming thousands of sorry's to her.

Even in college shivaay deliberately ignored every situation which brought contact with her.Annika was extremely hurt witnessing this.

At evening while returning home,shivaay and Om were seated at the last seat in bus ,annika and gauri were somewhere 2,3 seats before  shivaay.Shivaay's glance didn't leave her face,which seemed to be dull and pale .He cursed himself for doing this to her.

Om- you are the reason for all this shivaay,gauri even told me that annika didn't even have her lunch. Why are you doing this to her shivaay?(angry)

S- I'm scared Om(he said with a low voice)

Om- for what?

S- Being away from your love will give a terrible pain Om,I don't know whether I'll survive the operation or not. In case if I'm unlucky ,I don't want  to give her the pain.I even don't know whether she love's me or not ,but she has accepted me as a part of her life already (smiling)I can feel it with her behaviour. Loosing someone close ,will never be easy .So let me just leave this world as an ignorant rude person as for her.

Om- you are such a stupid shivaay,You are a coward (with his full rage)what do you think haan? Do you think ,the God who made you see her,the God who made you love her madly,the God who brought your love as your life partner will just vanish you and take you away from her?You are destined for her so no one has the rights to take you away from her,understand it idiot.Pyaar karthe ho na usse,tho uss pyaar mei yakeen rakhna bhi seekho.Nothing is going to happen to you.I don't know whether you understood anything or not ,but I'm sure of one thing. You're not leaving anywhere,and everything is going to be alright soon.

Listening to Om shivaay was dropped into his deep thoughts trying to find solution for his confusions.

At OM

Annika was making coffee for her ,when suddenly her leg banged with the table nearby and she felt a terrible pain in her edged fingers.She bent down and rubbed her fingers ,but still the sharp pain didn't leave the place .To gain some support she tried holding the table top,without  noticing a container kept there.And during this movement she unknowingly pushed the container which was filled with hot water.And gradually the water fell on her shoulder.

A- ahh,(getting up )

At the same time pinky arrived there.

P- annika?kya huwa beta(worried)Oh my mata ,ye kaise huwi.Mere saath chalo .

Pinky took her to shivika's room.

P- annika wait here ,I'll bring the ointment.

A- bahut jal raha hai mummy.

P- ek minute beta ,mein abhi aathi hoon.

When pinky returned with the medicine ,she saw shivaay moving to his room

S- mom,what happened ?

Pinky told him about the incident.

S- where is she now?(worried)

P- she's in the room.Ye lo ointment,go soon.

Shivaay rushed inside and saw her sitting backfacing the door on the bed.He went towards her and sat just behind her.

S- annika...

Hearing his voice she turned back to witness him exactly behind her like there was no space between the both.He saw her tear filled eyes.

S- bahut dard ho raha hai kya?

A- (smiled faintly )atleast now you're able to see me,from morning you were acting as though I was an invisible person .

She spoke without  looking at him which purely depicted her pain.He felt worse ,realizing what blunder he has committed.

A- it's ok I'll manage(she tried to take the medicine from his hold)

But he didn't allow her to grab it from him.

S- mein kar deta hoon.

A- shivaay plss,ye dard na tumhe diye huwe dard ke samne kuch bhi nahi hai.I'll do it.

Her words poked straight to his heart like arrows.

S- annika ,I'm sorry(interrupted)

A- nahi shivaay,don't be.I know about you, you will never hurt me intentionally. But if you're really doing so,there will be a reason behind it.

Shivaay could no more handle it.

S- sab mera galti hai,sab .I'm sorry annika ,I'm really really sorry.(his voice was cracking)

Listening to his broken voice she immediately turned facing him.She couldn't see him like that. So she instantly cupped his face and...

A- shivaay ,it's ok .Leave it ,we'll just forget everything which happened today haan .I'm not sad  ,it's ok shivaay.I believe you even now ,you can never hurt me so whatever be the reason,let's forget it ,sss(she winced due to pain)

S- annika ,mein tho bool gaya.Shall I ?(indicating the ointment)

She nodded in response.

He slowly removed  her shawl while pulling her hair towards one side.

S- ye kaisa huwa annika?why don't you take care of yourself .Hamesha aisa kuch karthen hain aap.(he complained)

A- it's ok ,atleast this helped me in  breaking your silence. ( she said with a smile while he nodded in disbelief)

Then ,he pulled  down her sleeve slightly revealing her shoulders. And that is when she realized their positions, they were seated on the bed facing each other almost in an hugging posture. Before she could react,she sensed his fingers rubbing on her shoulders which caused a burning sensation and reversely she pulled him towards her and took him in a hug.

S- annika,it's going to be alright.Just a little bit more.(and he continued)

In this whole process both looked as though they were kneeling down in front of the other. While one hand of hers was let free for him to work on ,her other hand was totally  around his neck with her chin placed on his shoulder.And the same applies to him,he caught hold of her waist with his one hand and applied the medicine with the other hand.

After applying he bent towards her shoulders and blew through the place bringing eruptions within her.His lips were in contact with her skin here and there while blowing .The second she felt his lips on her bare skin,she shut her eyes and crushed his shirt which was in her hold. His hot breath on her neck chilled her skin and she slightly arched sideways as though she was giving him more access in nuzzling her neck but to be certain ,she herself was unaware of her actions which popped gradually in the heat of that moment.

He on the other side ,didn't realise what he was actually doing to her as he was totally concentrating on her wound.He found the red patch visible still down,so he tried pulling the sleeve further down.But soon she came out from the hug and pulled back.

S- annika, You're still hurt. Let me (interrupted)

A- no shivaay. I'll do it.(she hesitated while pulling her sleeve back)

S- ok fine(realising )I'll wait outside.(he went)

She blushed hard while hitting her forehead.

After sometime

Shivaay came in with food.

A- shivaay,dinner ? Itni jaldi?

S- you haven't ate anything right?

A- yes,and it's only because of you.(faked anger)

S- I'm sorry annika(he said innocently)

A- oh God, shivaay.I was just playing man.(hitting him slightly)

S- I'm sorry.

A- so you won't stop this,ok let me give you a punishment.

S- and what is it?

A-hmm,ok.You have to feed me .

S- ye punishment nahi hai,balki ye tho boon hai.(he said without realising)

A- boon?

S- no no spoon spoon,I asked you to take that spoon.(pointing it)

Annika sighed and gave it to him.He started feeding her gently as though she was a child. While she just constantly fixed her eyes on him trying to dive deep inside his  beautifully blue yet concerned eyes .

S-annika...

A- hmm?

S- where are you lost?

A- nothing,(after a long pause)shivaay?

S-haan.

A- are you hiding anything from me?

He instantly looked at her with a worried face.

S- nahi..nahi(he stammered while feeding her)

A- but I feel something, (swallowing) something like you're not able to share.

S-aisa kuch nahi hai.

A- hmm,I'm believing you now but if I come to know that there is something like that ,then I will never speak with you .hmm?

S -ok, paani pi lijiye(forwarding the water)

Her warning already brought a deep fear in him.

They asked him "How is your life?"he smiled and said "She is fine"💞

So how was the chapter guys?

Shivika are slowly building their relationship of love and annika is somewhere contributing without realizing her ultimate destination. So let's see when she's going to realize it.
