"Enjoying the sun?" Nathaniel came out of the house with a glass a blood in each hand, he gave Thalia her glass and sat on the lounging chair next to her.

"Yeah, it feels good to be back, you missed me haven't you?"

"Of course I did. I got used to having you around all the time since your mother got married and left for Australia"

"Yeah it's been 7 years already but it feels like yesterday"

"That's vampire brains for you" he chuckled "How was the academy? And how is James?"

"the Academy was the best thing I could have done. At least I finished my studies and I'm a certified architect now" she smiled taking a sip of blood "It's nice being around people like you, no need to pretend to be human. But it sucked that I only got to see you once a week"

"Yeah tell me about it, but hey, you're here now. And you're done with your studies." He pulled her to him and she straddled his lap kissing him.

"But there is something you're hiding, spill it already"

She grinned "I got in"

"The council?"

"Yes! I'll be working at an architect but I'll be part of the council just like you and Hunter. They thought my healing powers could be a plus for them" he didn't seem surprised and that's when she laughed biting his shoulder "You already knew!"

"Of course I knew, I want you as close to me as much as I can"

"Okay, so you already know that James got in as well?"

"Yes, he'll be a guard of the high council. That is pretty tough and comes with many responsibilities."

"Yeah... will you give him the right to turn Amy? I mean she's his mate"

"She is yes but I don't think it would be wise in turning her"

"Why not? She'll be 50 and he'll still be 17? No, you should let them live happily together, just like mason and Hailey, just like you and I"

Nathaniel chuckled and nodded "I'll put in a word for him. You know rules have changed after everything that went down with Karly". He kissed her forehead "Oh and you start working on Monday"

Thalia pulled him back to her and hugged him tightly "I don't mind working night and day as long as I return home to you. You are everything to me, my husband, my present, my home, my family and my future" she kissed him softly.

"How about we become parents?"

"How would we do that?"

"By adopting twins. Their parents died in a car accident, and they have no one. They were witches who worked closely with the council." He showed her a picture of the twins, the little girls had ginger hair just like Thalia. She fell in love just by looking at their green eyes "Yes, I would love that"

Thalia was re-born again. She started from the beginning as an architect, a wife, and a happy mother. Everything that happened to her in the past didn't hurt her anymore. She had everything anyone could dream about. A happy family.
