First we have the number 1 girl for this fic, which is Emilia.

Her and Subaru have a rocky first start during arc 1 but eventually get closer in later arcs. Due to how Subaru mistook her for Satella and actually tried to kill her, eventually they get along.

Next we have Rem

Subaru was pretty awkward around Rem, actually Rem isn't as suspicious as Subaru due to how since Subaru tried to kill Emilia when they first met due to her resemblance to Satella, she puts two and two together and gets rid of the idea of him being a witch cultist, she finds him a bit weird due to his weird questions like asking him what grass is or what it looks like due to his upbringing but eventually they become good friends and Subaru eventually makes her fall for him after he saves her during the Mabeast incident.

And for the third girl, we have my favorite candidate for the throne. Crusch

Subaru aside from not agreeing with her wanting to break off the contract with the dragon, admires Crusch due to her determined personality, battle experience, the way she commands her army on the battlefield and even how she was determined to fight the white whale despite the odds being against her, you can say he fell for her due to her headstrong personality. Kinda the same for her as well.
