It's a hoax.

Everything.

And the Earth is flat.

The reality is that,

we live among people,

who can say such hateful words,

when a mother is grieving for her son,

or a daughter is grieving for her father,

or millions of people were brutally murdered.

The reality is that,

we live among people,

who give fluffy reasons as answers,

who use their imagination as facts,

and who believe every negative event,

like the holocaust, 9/11, school shootings,

didn't happen.

But don't be alarmed.

There is another reality.

And there are many,

who will save a dog floating on a piece of driftwood,

in the aftermath of the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake.

And there are many,

who shed genuine tears for someone else's loss.

And there are many,

who will give their last dollar to a homeless person,

even though they may soon become homeless themselves.

And there are many,

many good people in this world we need to remember,

while at the same time knowing that,

there will always be

a little bug that will buzz in our ears,

saying,

"The Earth is flat."
