Ragnar Lothbrok. The current lord of the island of Skagos, smile sarcastically whenever he heard the rumors that its inhabitants are wild and practiced cannibalism, but all was a vile lie.  The Skagosi were an educated people but very skillful in the war area, giving rise to stories about their love of spilled blood in battle. Remaining reclusive on their island and only making trade routes  through all Westeros and beyond, the island and the House Lothbrok were known in the North as an silent and reclusive unstoppable force. Their fierceness and loyalty to the Stark house was well recognized by their close associates. Ragnar loyalty to the Lord of Winterfell, made him promise that he would take care of his daughters if something happened to him in the Capital. Now with the death of his best friend and protector of the North, also Arya Stark disappearance; Ragnar step out to immediately save Sansa from the games of the Lannister.  Proposing a risky deal to Twyn Lannister, the fierce Lord will have Sansa taken beyond the North, where her new family awaits her.

A oath

That is what depended on the salvation of her, out of the claws of the astute Lannister.  When she saw that Lord Ragnar Lothbrok arrives from the North to claim the promise of an oath, the young girl can't believe that her freedom is very close to her golden cage.  But every action has a consequence and Sansa finally understands it. In order to achieve it, she has to accept the marriage with the youngest son of Lord Lothbrok, a young boy she have never met before. With doubts, fear and apprehension, the she-wolf of the Stark accept the offer of salvation thinking that nothing could be worse than being in the hands of her father's murderers.  Now traveling away through the far and cold lands of the famous and fearsome Lothbrok family, Sansa begins to understand that she never was a scared bird locked in a cage. In her bones, the cold of the north was impregnated and in her spirit, the howl of an indomitable wolf.  Who would say that discovering herself, she would also find love in the blue eyes of Ivar Lothbrok, orbs as blue as the cold and wild North Sea.
