Mini Q&A Session

Hello everyone! I hope you guys had an awesome Father's Day yesterday!

So, in today's blog post, I will be answering a question as well as asking one of my own. If you guys have any other questions that you want to ask, feel free to ask in the comment section! :)

So first, the question that I will be answering comes from Alex-Fierro17 , who, when I announced in the latest chapter of Tiny Troubles that the story was drawing to a close soon, asked why I would be ending it so soon.

The answer is kinda complicated(or it might not be, I guess it just depends), so please stick with me.

For me, Tiny Troubles was never meant to be a long story. I literally just started it because I had writer's block for The Call to Rise. I actually thought that Tiny Troubles would join the dozens of other stories that I had started but never finished.

So imagine my surprise when I posted the first few chapters and saw how much people who had read some of my other stories liked Tiny Troubles. They gave me the motivation to try and finish this story, and helped not lose interest in it(besides the fact that writing about Cole being tiny and cute is just too adorable for me to lose interest in). And while I would love to write more about Tiny Cole being cute and adorable, I also know my limits. If I try to write too much more than what I have already written, then I might lose interest in the story either A) spend weeks and/or months trying to get over my writer's block or B) completely lose interest and never finish the story. You may think that I'm exaggerating, but this has happened to me with some of my past stories that never surpassed 4 pages in a Google Doc.

I know that many of you will be sad that Tiny Troubles will be coming to a close soon, but please don't be too sad. I like to think of this as more of an accomplishment. Besides The Call to Rise, Tiny Troubles is the longest story that I have ever written and completed. It's at 89 pages in my Google doc and over 44,000 words. That, to me, is a huge accomplishment. I never expected it to go too far past 44 pages, if that. I just finished writing the final parts of Tiny Troubles over  the weekend and, while I still have to edit a few parts, I can safely say  that I'm happy with how I ended it. And I hope that you guys will like it too. :)

So, there's your answer Alex-Fierro17. I hope that this makes you feel a little bit better about Tiny Troubles ending soon.

Now for my question to you guys. With Tiny Troubles coming to an end soon, I need to come up with another story to help balance out my update schedule. If you haven't noticed, I rotate between updating Tiny Troubles or The Call to Rise every Friday. That way, I'm not stressing  myself out to have a new chapter posted every Friday. If I feel that The Call to Rise isn't ready to update, then I update Tiny Troubles and vice versa.

So, I've got a few story ideas that I want to try so that way they can replace Tiny Troubles in my update schedule. My question to you guys is this: which of the below story ideas would you like to read about the most?

Story idea #1--A What if? Cole scenario: I mentioned this idea a few blog chapters ago about this idea about what would happen if Cole never ran away from the Marty Oppenheimer.(This idea I have a few chapters already written and have a semi-idea of where I want the plot to go, but please keep in mind that Cole is a little OOC in this story(at least in my opinion). It's not severe, he's just more...jaded and cynical, which I guess can be expected giving the scenario he's in.)

Story idea #2--A Percy Jackson/Ninjago crossover: This one probably wouldn't be a big huge adventure like an actual Percy Jackson book(because I know that I can't pull that off), but it would include the ninja hanging around Camp Half-Blood for a summer and goofing off with the main characters. And who knows? One of the ninja might be a demigod~ *wink wink*

Story idea #3--A kinda sequel to Tiny Troubles: Before you get too excited, I'm super shaky about this idea. I just finished writing a story about a tiny ninja, I'm not sure if writing about a different tiny ninja will be any more exciting. But it would give me more time to write shameless fluff. Anyways, this story would focus on a different ninja being turned into a kid(I can't decide between Zane or Kai...any thoughts? XD) and the others having to take care of them.

So yeah. Those are my 3 story ideas. Any of them seem interesting to you? Any one of these one that you'd really like to see me write about? Have another idea for a story? Leave me a comment below and tell me what you think! If you have another idea for a story and you would like to let me know, please let me know. But be careful! I've only watched up to season 3 of Ninjago(I know, I'm a horrible person I'm sorry), so anything past that will be me grasping at straws.

And if you're still upset about Tiny Troubles almost being over, have a free hug from Tiny Cole! *holds up Tiny Cole*
