Hey, My name is Laura Marano and I go to Seaview High, home of the lions. I'm head cheerleader and my best friend's name is Maia Mitchell. I have an enemy. His name is Ross Shor Lynch. He is captain of the Football team at Seaview. I know what your thinking, 'Wait, if your head cheerleader and he's football captain, then shouldn't you be friends or something?'. Well,no.  Ross and I are nowhere near being friends. We were enemies since we were both Five years old. I can't remember why, but I still hate him.

Anyway, I am currently getting ready for school. I chose the best outfit possible because today felt kinda special to me.

I walked downstairs to see my parents already left and Vanessa probably still sleeping. I get in my car, not wanting to make breakfast, and headed for school. When I got there, I could spot Maia talking to her boyfriend Ramy, who is also Ross's best friend. And to make matters worse, Ross was standing right there with Ramy and Maia! I calmly walk over there, but in my head I was FUH-REAKING OUT!
I finally made it.
"Hey guys, Ross." I said to Ross with a death glare.
He returned the glare.
"Hey Laur." Maia said and then turning back to Ramy and vice versa with Ramy.
"I'm gonna go." I said and shuffled inside to my locker.
I could hear Ross right behind me, but I didn't turn because I know his locker is right next to mine.
As I expected, he did go to his locker, but didn't open it. He just stood there with his shoulder on the locker looking at me. I suddenly got annoyed with his attention and snapped.
"WHAT!"
He did his usual smirk that just makes me want to slap it off his face.
"Nothing. Your just beautiful." He says.
"Quoting The Fault in Our Stars, really?" I said with one eyebrow raised. "I bet you get all the girls swooning with that line." I continued.
"Hey, I'm trying to build some friendship here and your just gonna shoot it down." He says.
"Ya. Look, I gotta get to class. We can talk about friendship and all that crap later,ok?" I said walking away.
Later that day
"FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT!"
I was currently at cheerleading practice and guess what?
ROSS FRICKING LYNCH AND HIS WHOLE ENTIRE FOOTBALL WAS WATCHING US BECAUSE WE HAD TO SHARE THE GYM! I can't believe this. They already practiced, but finished an hour early and cheerleading practice is only an hour! So they get to watch us practice. UGGGGGHHHHH! Anyway back to cheerleading.
"ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT! MAKE SURE THOSE LEGS ARE STRAIGHT KATY!" I shouting, while snapping my fingers to the beat.
"TAKE A FIVE EVERYBODY!"
I went over to the water jug, only to see Ross, Ramy, and some other dudes there. I quickly tried to turn around, but failed.
"Hey Laura. We were just talking about you." Ramy said.
I turned around at this interesting news. I see Ross hit Ramy on the chest with wide eyes.
"So, what about me that you need to talk about?"
"Nothing. There's nothing about you that we need to talk about. Don't you have practice? You should go back. Have a good time. Bye!" Ross said fast, rushing me out the room and closing the door. I leaned against the door and tried to hear what they were saying.
"She does not need to know about my crush on her Ramy, so shut your face."
I was baffled. Beyond baffled even. Ross Lynch has a crush on me? Yeah, but do I like him too? Yeah, I mean I have liked him for some time now. Good. I'm now certain that he likes me back. This has been a great day. I walk back over to the girls with a big smile on my face. Maia is the first one to notice.
"What's wrong with you? You look like you got hit in the face with sunshine."
I shake my head and answer with a simple nothing.
"Ok, let's start again. FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT! OK LADIES, NOW LETS GET IN FORMATION!"
Later on Ross did confess his feelings and I did too, so now we are dating and happy.
