Hold on to your socks people, this melting pot of friends that were always meant to more runs the risk of blowing them right off.

Tit for Tat is the very first installment of what is turning out to be a captivating short story collection by Wattpad's very own tinafausett. The story follows the journey of the likeable Emily and the even more so, Jackson, as they both come to grips with being simultaneously available for the first time since they've known each other.

Add in a heavy dose of chemistry between the characters and you have a playground ripe for conflict.

An unabashed fan of BDSM, this story caught my interest because of the way the author manages to cast this topic in both a realistic, yet engaging way. Yes folks, the steam is real. It takes a bit more to get this particular reader hot and bothered yet by the end of this story I was reaching for a figurative cold glass of water.

The highlight of this story has to be the relationship between the characters, however. If you're a reader worth your salt and you enjoy the main couple in your current read having a bit of a history...then Tit for Tat is a gem in waiting.
