Visuals: They look nice together.

Thoughts: I've never really shipped Espeon with anything, and I only ship Flareon with Jolteon, this seems nice, and in the old 'Spark', Flareon was actually supposed to date Espeon, so I see how this could work out.

Would I write a book about this?: Yeah! May be part of a book I might make of Umbreon x Glaceon if I do make one.

Would I read a book about this?: Yes! As long as they have good descriptions, correct grammar/spelling, and a non-toxic relationship!
